Projektodawcą i beneficjentem projektu jest Gm.Postomino.Po zakończeniu realizacji proj. operatorem majątku będzie:ZS w Postominie,ZS w Jarosławcu,ZS w Pieszczu,SP w Staniewicach(jednostki budżetowe Gminy) oraz Stowarzyszenie Rozwoju Wsi Korlino,Łącko,Łężek, Królewo "RAZEM" w Korlinie-prowadzi ZS Społecznych w Korlinie (budynek szkoły jest własnością gminy).Projekt dotyczył będzie modernizacji wszystkich szkół podstawowych i gimnazjalnych funkcjonujących na terenie gminy:ZS w Postominie(2 budynki),ZS w Jarosławcu(3 budynki),ZS w Pieszczu,SP w Staniewicach,ZS Społecznych w Korlinie. Projekt ma charakter stacjonarny i dot. termomodernizacji 8 budynków.Przedsięwzięcie przyczyni się do poprawy efektywności energetycznej budynków,tj.zmniejszenia energochłonności budynków użyteczności publicznej.Inwestycja polegająca m.in. na ociepleniu ścian zew,ścian przy gruncie,stropów,stropodachów, dachów,wymianie okien i drzwi,rekuperacji wentylacji,modernizacji systemu c.w.u, modernizacji systemu c.o.,modernizacji wentylacji oraz modernizacji oświetlenia(w tym montażu odnawianych źródeł energii),przyczyni się do poprawy efektywności energetycznej budynków i wyeliminowania dotychczasowych strat energii.Projekt obejmował będzie też przebudowę sieci cieplnej ZS w Jarosławcu oraz przebudowę kotłowni w ZS w Jarosławcu i Postominie.kategorie działań w projekcie; •opracowanie studium wykonal.; •Termomodernizacja: budynku ZS w Jarosławcu - bud. główny i sala sportowa; bud. socjalny;pawilon; kotłownia i sieć; •budynku ZS Społecznych w Korlinie; •budynku ZS w Pieszczu; •budynku SP w Staniewicach; •budynku gimnazjum i szkoły podst. w Postominie; •nadzór inwestorski; •działania infor.– promocyjne.
