It aims at increasing access to family support services and reducing the placement of children in foster care. Its main objective is to support 7 families (a total of 12 parents, including 3 M, 18 school-age children (5M) and 4 children under 5 from the municipality of Trzcińsko Zdrój at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion and to create a new daily support facility on the project site, from 01.01.2017 to 31.12.2018. — Children’s support office, which carries out care and educational and preventive activities for 18 children (taking into account that the unity under the care of 1 educators is no more than 14 children) – - Family Club in which the Parents School, meetings for families, Club of Active Women – Special Advisory Point aimed at strengthening parental competence, improving parental relations, supporting the development of children will be conducted. Each year of the project, organisations of the Family Festival integrating the environment of families and their surroundings were planned. The planned activities result from the diagnosis of the need for activities in the area of support for families in the commune and correspond to the assumptions and objectives of the Municipal Family Support Programme for the years 2017-2019 on Gm. Trzcińsko Zdrój, Woj. Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie od 01.01.2018 do 31.12.2019 r na terenie gminy Trzcińsko Zdrój. Ukierunkowany jest na zwiększenie dostępu do usług wsparcia rodziny i ograniczenia umieszczania dzieci w pieczy zastępczej. Jego głównym celem jest wsparcie 7 rodzin (łącznie 12 rodziców, w tym 3 M, 18 dzieci w wieku szkolnym (5M)i 4 dzieci poniżej 5 r.ż z gminy Trzcińsko Zdrój zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym oraz stworzenie nowej placówki wsparcia dziennego na terenie realizacji projektu, w okresie od 01.01.2017 do 31.12.2018 r. W ramach projektu powstanie: - Placówka Wsparcia Dziennego, realizująca działania opiekuńczo – wychowawcze i profilaktyczne dla 18 dzieci (z uwzględnieniem, że jednoczenie pod opieką 1 wychowawcy jest nie więcej niż 14 dzieci ) – - Klub Rodziny w ramach którego prowadzona będzie Szkoła Rodziców, spotkania dla rodzin, Klub Aktywnych Kobiet - Punkt Poradnictwa Specjalistycznego mający na celu wzmocnienie kompetencji rodzicielskich, poprawy relacji rodzic- dziecko, wspomaganie rozwoju dzieci. W każdym roku realizacji proj. zaplanowano organizacje Festynu Rodzinnego integrującego środowisko rodzin i ich otoczenia. Zaplanowane działania wynikają z przeprowadzonej diagnozy zapotrzebowania na działania w obszarze wsparcia rodzin na terenie gminy i korespondują z założeniami i celami Gminnego Programu Wspierania Rodziny na lata 2017–2019 dot. gm. Trzcińsko Zdrój, Woj.Programu Wspierania Rodziny i Systemu Pieczy Zastępczej 2014-2020. Rezultaty: Liczba wspartych w programie miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych, istniejących po zakończeniu programu:21 Liczba os. zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym objętych usługami społecznymi świadczonymi w interesie ogólnym:34(8M) Liczba os. objętych wsparciem w zakresie rozwijania min. 2 kompetencji kluczowych w projekcie:18(5M) Liczba rodzin wspartych w programie: 7 Liczba rodzin, których funkcjonowanie uległo poprawie dzięki udziałowi w projekcie: 5.
