Projekt skierowany jest do 20 (17K,3 M) mieszkańców gminy Człopa, będących osobami zagrożonymi wykluczeniem społecznym i/lub ubóstwem. W ramach projektu zaplanowano utworzenie Klubu Seniora (11-12.2019 r.)oraz zapewnienie jego bieżącego funkcjonowania przez okres 34 miesięcy (od 01.2020 r. do 10.2022 r.). Utworzenie KS wynika z diagnozy przeprowadzonej przez Wnioskodawcę. Projekt skierowany jest do 20 (17K,3 M) mieszkańców gminy Człopa, będących osobami zagrożonymi wykluczeniem społecznym i/lub ubóstwem. Rezultaty projektu: liczba wspartych w programie miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych, istniejących po zakończeniu projektu -20. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do wzrostu ilości miejsc świadczenia usług opiekuńczych. Ponadto, planowane działania poprawią komfort życia niesamodzielnych mieszkańców Gminy Człopa. (Polish)
