Projekt polegał będzie na poprawie efekty. energetycznej ratusza miejskiego w Darłowie.Właściciel budynku-M.Darłowo zamierza obiekt poddać termomodernizacji.Jest to zabytek, położony w historycznym centrum.Fakt ten do pewnego stopnia narzuca przyjęty zakres projektu(termomodernizacji)wybrano optymalny.Zamierza się zrealizować: 1.Ratusz Miejski(361,362obręb10M.Darłowo): -Kompleksowa modernizacja c.o.obejmującą wymianę przewodów i grzejników,montaż zaworów termostat.i powrotnych przy grzejnikach,montaż zaworów podpionowych,odpowietrzników na pionach,regulacja hydrauliczna instalacji c.o.;-Ocieplenie stromej partii dachu mansardowego DCHM poprzez montaż 25cm warstwy granulowanego materiału ociepleniowego lub wełny o wsp. przewodzenia ciepła ?=0,037W/(m K)lub niższym;-Ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych SZ-25od strony wewnętrznej wełną o gr.20cm lub większej o wsp. przewodzenia ciepła ?=0,037W/(mK)lub niższym;-Wymiana drzwi od stronytylnej na nowe o wsp. przenikania ciepła U=1,3W/m2K lub niższym;-Ocieplenie stropu pod poddaszem nieogrzewanym SPD wełną pomiędzy belkami o gr. 25cm lub większej o wsp. przewodzenia ciepła ?=0,037W/(mK) lub niższym.Przed dociepleniem należy usunąć z przestrzeni pomiędzy belkami warstwę polepy tj.gliny z sieczką;- Wymiana okien na nowe o wsp.przenikania ciepła U=0,9 W/m2K lub niższym, wyposażonych w nawiewniki higrosterowane;-Wymiana okien piwnicznych na nowe o wsp. przenikania ciepła U=1,4 W/m2K lub niższym, wyposażonych w nawiewniki higrosterowane;-Montaż instalacji wentylacyjnej z odzyskiem ciepła i chłodzeniem;- Ocieplenie ścian piwnic poniżej poziomu gruntu polistyrenem ekstrudowanym, z odtworzeniem izolacji poziomej metodą iniekcji krystalicznej z wykonaniem drenażu opaskowego i odwodnienia liniowego -Wymiana instalacji oświetleniowej -Montaż systemu zarządzania i monitorowania energii 4.Montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej na dachu sąsiadującego budynku Gimnazjum(Dz.365obręb10)zasila ratusz 5.Opracowanie dok. technicznej 6.nadz (Polish)
