Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja trzech budynków powiatu białogardzkiego, budynku Centrum Wspierania Rodziny "Dom pod świerkiem" przy ul. Grunwaldzkiej 49 w Białogardzie, budynku Poradni Psychologiczno- Pedagogicznej przy ul. Dworcowej 2 w Białogardzie oraz budynku Zarządu Dróg Powiatowych przy ul. Szosa Połczyńska 57 w Białogardzie. Projekt jest projektem stacjonarnym. Zakres robót podstawowych obejmuje: roboty przygotowawcze, roboty budowlane (docieplenie budynków, docieplenie stropodachów wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, wymiana podokienników zewnętrznych, wymiana obróbek blacharskich wraz z rynnami i rurami spustowymi, wykonanie opasek wokół budynków), prace modernizacyjne (umożliwiające poprawienie możliwości regulacji instalacji centralnego ogrzewania), roboty wykończeniowe. Dodatkowo na dwóch budynkach (budynek Centrum Wspierania Rodziny oraz budynek Zarządu Dróg Powiatowych) zostaną zamontowane instalacje fotowoltaiczne, a w budynku Poradni Psychologiczno- Pedagogicznej zostanie zamontowana instalacja pompy ciepła typu powietrze-woda. Etapy projektu to: opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej (zrealizowany), realizacja prac budowlanych, nadzór inwestorski, zapewnienie trwałości projektu. Za realizację projektu w trakcie jego trwania odpowiadać będzie Powiat Białogardzki- Starostwo Powiatowe w Białogardzie, który posiada wieloletnie doświadczenie w przygotowywaniu i realizacji inwestycji, wykwalifikowaną i doświadczoną kadrę oraz niezbędne zasoby techniczne. The subject of the project is the thermal modernisation of three buildings of the Białygard district, the building of the Centre for Family Support “House under the spruce” at ul. Grunwaldzka 49 in Białogard, building of the Psychological and Pedagogical Clinic at ul. Station 2 in Białogard and the building of the District Roads Board at ul. Połczyńska Highway 57 in Białogard. The project is a stationary project. The scope of basic works includes: preparatory works, construction works (warming of buildings, warming of stropodache replacement of window and door carpentry, replacement of external window frames, replacement of sheet metalworks with gutters and drain pipes, construction of bands around buildings), modernisation works (to improve the possibility of adjusting central heating installation), finishing works. In addition, photovoltaic installations will be installed on two buildings (the building of the Family Support Centre and the District Road Management building) and the installation of an air-water heat pump will be installed in the Psychological and Pedagogical Clinic. The stages of the project are: development of project documentation (realised), implementation of construction works, investor supervision, ensuring the sustainability of the project. During the project, the Białogard County- District of Białogard will be responsible for the implementation of the project in Białogard, which has many years of experience in preparing and implementing the investment, qualified and experienced staff and the necessary technical resources.
