W ramach projektu zostanie zakupionych 5 fabrycznie nowych elektrycznych autobusów niskopodłogowych, które następnie zostaną przez wnioskodawcę powierzone operatorowi wewnętrznemu SPA „Klonowica” sp. z o.o. do prowadzenia usług w zakresie transportu publicznego w ramach umowy o świadczenie usług w zakresie transportu publicznego. Realizacja inwestycji pozwoli m.in. na: -poprawę funkcjonowania komunikacji miejskiej w Szczecinie i aglomeracji szczecińskiej oraz komfortu jej użytkowania, -poprawę jakości świadczonych usług transportowych, w tym szerszą integrację gałęzi transportowych, -poprawę jakości oraz dostępności komunikacyjnej terenów zlokalizowanych w obrębie projektu, -zwiększenie płynności i tempa ruchu drogowego, -poprawę warunków bezpieczeństwa użytkowania dla wszystkich uczestników ruchu drogowego i pieszego, -ograniczenie zanieczyszczenia atmosfery poprzez zmniejszenie emisji toksycznych składników spalin, -zmniejszenie hałasu, - zmniejszenie kosztów eksploatacyjnych -zwiększenie komfortu podróży, -ograniczenie spadku liczby osób korzystających z transportu miejskiego, -zwiększenie dostępności transportowej dla osób niepełnosprawnych.
