The main objective of the planned actions relates to the specific objective of ROP General 2014-2020, i.e. to increase the availability of social services in particular environmental, care services and support services for those at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion. As part of this project, the Applicant and Partners will provide free social services, (Type 1) minimum in terms of: neighbouring care services (according to the standard round in Annex 1 of the Guidelines); removing architectural barriers in at least 50 places of residence; the carriage of an independent or caring staff; the use of modern information and communication technologies (help – tele-care system and information bases for accessibility of social services); setting up a hiring of support equipment; counselling, including psychological and pedagogical, and enabling education, including training, practices and exchange of experience for actual carers, and support for actual caregivers (including training, counselling, psychological assistance, resting care, self-help groups) In the activities we plan to support at least 600 people, including 440 11/233 Control Print, control sum: 90a799b0db women. Główny cel planowanych działań odnosi się do realizacji celu szczegółowego RPO WZ 2014-2020, tj. zwiększeniu dostępności usług społecznych w szczególności usług środowiskowych, opiekuńczych oraz usług wsparcia dla osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym. W ramach niniejszego projektu Wnioskodawca i Partnerzy będą świadczyć bezpłatne usługi społeczne, (Typ 1) minimum w zakresie: sąsiedzkich usług opiekuńczych (zgodnie ze stand. okr. w zał1 Wytycznych); likwidowaniu barier architektonicznych w min. 50 miejsc zamieszkania; przewóz osoby niesamodzielnej lub personelu sprawującego opiekę; wykorzystaniu nowoczesnych technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych (wspomagająco - systemu teleopieki oraz bazy informacji dostępności usług społecznych); utworzeniu wypożyczalni sprzętu wspomagającego; poradnictwo, w tym psychologiczne i pedagogiczne oraz umożliwienie edukacji, w tym szkoleń, praktyk i wymiany doświadczeń dla opiekunów faktycznych oraz wsparcie faktycznych opiekunów osób niesamodzielnych (w tym szkolenia, doradztwo, pomoc psychologiczna, opieka wytchnieniowa, grupy samopomocowe) W działaniach planujemy objąć wsparciem min. 600 osób, w tym 440 11 / 233 Wydruk kontrolny, suma kontrolna: 90a799b0db kobiet.
