Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie I.18-XII.19 w ramach KIS w Pełczycach na terenie Gm. Pełczyce (woj. zach-pom). Celem proj. jest aktywna integracja w obszarze społ. i zawod. zwiększająca zatrudnienie 30os.(20K;10M) zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym w tym 8os. (4K;4M) dla których ustalono III profil pomocy i 4os. (2K;2M) z niepełnospr.z terenu Gminy Pełczyce w okresie I.18-XII.19. W ramach projektu założone zostały następujące działania: - Objęcie uczestników umową na wzór kontraktu socjalnego i ścieżką reintegracji. - Usługi aktywnej integracji skierowane do 30os. o charakterze społecznym: realizacja poradnictwa specjalistycznego, warsztaty zajęciowe podnoszące kompetencje społeczne, organizacja wyj. I spotkań Integracyjnych. - wsparcie o charakterze zawodowym skierowane do 12os. w tym 8os. dla których ustalono III profil pomocy i 4os. z niepełnospr.: coaching, doradztwo zawodo., szkolenia kwalifikacyjne, staże zawod. w lokalnych przedsiębiorstwach na ter. Gm. Pełczyce oraz prace społeczno – użyteczne finansowane ze środków Wnioskodawcy jako wkład własny w proj. Wsparcie kierowane jest do os. bezrobotnych wobec których zastosowanie wyłącznie instrumentów i usług rynku pracy jest niewystarczające i istnieje konieczność zastosowania w pierwszej kolejności usług aktywnej integracji o charakterze społ. w tym dla os. dla których ustalano III profil pomocy zgodnie z ustawą z dn. 20.04.2004r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Rezultaty osiągnięte w ramach projektu: - uzyskanie kwalifikacji przez 4os. - poszukiwanie pracy przez 8os. - podjęcie pracy przez 5os. - zaktywizowanie społeczne 11os. - podjęcia pracy przez 1os. o znacznym stopniu niepełnospr., z niepełnospr. intelektualną oraz z niepełnospr. sprzężonymi - zaktywizowanie społeczne 2os. o znacznym stopniu niepełnospr., z niepełnospr. intelektualną oraz z niepełnospr. sprzężonymi - nabycie kompetencji przez 20os. The project set up the following activities: — Enclosure of participants in a contract on the basis of a social contract and a path of reintegration. — Active inclusion services addressed to 30 people of a social nature: implementation of specialist counseling, occupational workshops improving social competences, organisation, etc. And integration meetings. — support of a professional nature addressed to 12persons of which 8 persons for whom the third aid profile and 4 persons from the disadvantages have been established: coaching, professional counseling, qualification training, professional internships. in local enterprises on ter. GM. Pełczyce and socio-economic work – usefully funded by the Applicant as an own contribution to the project. The support is addressed to unemployed persons for whom the use of only labour market instruments and services is insufficient and there is a need, first of all, for active inclusion services of a social nature, including those for whom the third aid profile was established in accordance with the Act. 20.04.2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions. Results achieved in the framework of the project: — obtaining a qualification by 4 people. — job search for 8 people. — taking up a job by 5 people. — social activation of 11persons. — taking up work by 1 people with a significant degree of disability, intellectual disadvantages and coupled disadvantages – social activation of 2 people with a significant degree of disability, intellectual disadvantages and conjugated disadvantages – acquisition of competences by 20 people. Benef. submits no more than 1 application for DOF. (English)
