We, too, work II are aimed at 42 people at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion (including min.21 people who are at risk of many times), economically inactive, severely disabled or intellectually disabled or with couplings) living in the area of Stone County. The main result will be to enable at least 11 participants to take up employment. In addition, a minimum of 19 people will achieve social and social efficiency. All people will receive support in the program, identification of professional needs, planning their career development, motivating the support of a professional adviser and psychologist, as well as professional apprenticeships with theoretical background as a kitchen assistant, with elements of the duties of the waiter, handling occasional events, decoration of tables and carving, whose completion will be confirmed by the descriptive document issued. Transport and direct support of the trainer during the implementation of the apprenticeship programme will be provided to equal opportunities. We will also provide them with catering and a scholarship for participation in apprenticeships. We plan to employ 11 people, and the sustainability of the project results will ensure employment of at least 6 people permanently in the Department of Vocational Activity. My też pracujemy II skierowany jest do 42 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i / lub wykluczeniem społecznym (w tym min .21 zagrożonych wielokrotnie), nieaktywnych zawodowo, niepełnosprawnych w stopniu znacznym lub z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną lub ze sprzężeniami) mieszkających na terenie powiatu kamieńskiego. Głównym jego rezultatem będzie umożliwienie podjęcia zatrudnienia min. 11 uczestnikom projektu. Ponadto minimum 19 osób osiągnie efektywność społeczno – zatrudnieniową w wymiarze społecznym. Wszystkie osoby otrzymają wsparcie w programie, identyfikację potrzeb zawodowych, zaplanowanie rozwoju ich kariery zawodowej, motywujące wparcie doradcy zawodowego i psychologa, oraz praktyki zawodowe z podkładem teoretycznym w charakterze pomocnika kuchennego, z elementami obowiązków kelnera, obsługi imprez okolicznościowych, dekoracji stołów i carvingu, których ukończenie potwierdzi wydany dokument opisowy. W celu wyrównania szans będą miały zapewniony transport oraz bezpośrednie wsparcie trenera podczas realizacji programu praktyk. Zapewnimy im także catering oraz stypendium za udział w praktykach. Planujemy zatrudnienie 11 osób, a trwałość rezultatów projektu zapewni zatrudnienie minimum 6 osób na stałe w Zakładzie Aktywności Zawodowej. (Polish)
