Projekt niniejszy dotyczy powołania do życia nowego zakładu do produkcji gładzi szpachlowych, klejów i farb. By zakład mógł powstać trzeba będzie zakupić nieruchomość zabudowaną, dzięki pracom remontowo-budowlanym przystosować ją do wymogów zakładu. Następnie zakupić wszystkie elementy ciągu technologicznego (zaprojektowanego z myślą o wdrażaniu własnych prac B+R). Wnioskodawca zdając sobie sprawę, że zakład dysponujący niewielką załogą musi być bardzo dobrze zorganizowany i dlatego ma być w pełni zautomatyzowany i zinformatyzowany. W tym celu wnioskodawca zakupi oprogramowanie do obsługi zarówno procesów zamówień i sprzedaży, jak i procesów produkcyjnych i innowacyjne oprogramowanie do onlinowej wymiany danych między maszynami na produkcji i oprogramowaniem do zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem.
