The project is addressed to 190 UP (130K;60M), living in Pila, in the wlkp province. The subject of the project is to improve the quality and broadening of the range of activities aimed at people at risk of social exclusion, implemented by MOPS in Piła in the Social Integration Club. The actions undertaken aim to adapt the competences of social assistance clients to the needs of the labour market and aim at the integration and activation of socio-occupational people/families/groups/environmental environments at risk of poverty or social exclusion.To this end, the project provides for comprehensive support: professional and specialised counseling (with professional advisors, psychologists, educators, lawyers and addiction therapists), training in job search skills, training in social and general competences, personal development workshops, computer classes and lectures on social issues, violence and addictions, organisation of self-help groups according to the needs of the participants, the Activation and Integration Programme – in accordance with the agreement with PUP in Pile. Up will be supported by a social worker (social contacts) and a family assistant (20 families). Environmental measures will also be implemented, including: 11 events of an inclusive, educational and cultural nature and will be provided with cinema tickets for all UP and people around them. Projekt jest skierowany do 190 UP (130K;60M), zamieszkujących w Pile, w woj. wlkp. Przedmiotem projektu jest podniesienie jakości oraz poszerzenie oferty działań, skierowanych do osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym, realizowanych przez MOPS w Pile w Klubie Integracji Społecznej. Podejmowane działania służą dostosowaniu kompetencji klientów pomocy społecznej do potrzeb rynku pracy oraz mają na celu integrację i aktywizację społeczno-zawodową osób/rodzin/grup/środowisk zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym.W tym celu w projekcie przewiduje się realizację kompleksowego wsparcia: poradnictwo zawodowe i specjalistyczne (z doradcą zawodowym, psychologami, pedagogiem,prawnikiem i terapeutą uzależnień), szkolenie z zakresu umiejętności poszukiwania pracy, treningi kompetencji społecznych i ogólnopracowniczych, warsztaty rozwoju osobistego, zajęcia komputerowe oraz wykłady dot.kwestii społecznych, przemocy i uzależnień, organizowanie grup samopomocowych zgodnie z potrzebami uczestników, Program Aktywizacja i Integracja - zgodnie z porozumieniem z PUP w Pile. UP zostaną objęci wsparciem pracownika socjalnego (kontakty socjalne) i asystenta rodziny (20 rodzin). Realizowane będą również działania o charakterze środowiskowym, w tym: 11 imprez o charakterze integracyjnym, edukacyjnym i kulturalnym oraz zostaną zapewnione bilety do kina dla wszystkich UP i osób z ich otoczenia.
