The aim of p. is to increase the availability of services to the public by increasing by 140 places the provision of care services in the form of daytime care – a senior club, covering 140 people. not alone (100K;40M, including 2K disabled) community services, and the creation of a rental of caring equipment, increasing the independence of persons and necessary for care of dependent persons during the period 1.08.18-30.06.2020 per ter. The following actions were set up under p.:- the creation of 5 KS – as a daily form of care services in accordance with the Guidelines on Real Projects in the area of inclusion and combating poverty from ESF and ERDF funds for the period 2014-20 for a total of 140 persons – per ter. G.Styszew (60 seats in Stęszewo (including 30 created by the Partner, i.e. SUTW), 40 in Wronczyn, 20 in Stryków, 20 in Jeziorki: realisation of animation classes, specialist counseling, support for rehabilitation, purchase of furniture and equipment, ICT and audiovisual equipment, cultural trips;- creation of rental equipment rental and care equipment.Support will be covered by 140 people (100K,40M, including 2K disabled) at risk of poverty and social exclusion and 1 person (1K) who will be trained to conduct the KS. P. is implemented in response to diagnosed needs in terms of support for dependants, dependents, older people. It is aimed at the creation of places of care services, which due to insufficient fin and staff resources were not implemented in the municipality. The diagnosis highlighted the need for real measures to allow access to care services, while preventing the marginalisation and loneliness of older people by activating the community. A store rental facility will be created, which will provide a response to the most common demand for such equipment in the commune. Celem p. jest wzrost dostępności usług społ poprzez zwiększenie o 140 miejsc świadczenia usług opiek w formie stacjonarnej opieki dziennej – klub seniora, objęcie 140os. niesam (100K;40M, w tym 2K niepełnosprawne) usługami społ oraz utworzenie wypożyczalni sprzętu wspomagająco-pielęgnacyjnego, zwiększającego samodzielność osób i niezbędnego do opieki nad osobami niesamodzielnymi w okresie 1.08.18-30.06.2020 na ter. G. Stęszew (woj. wielkopolskie). W ramach p. założone zostały działania:- utworzenie 5 KS – jako dziennej formy usług opiekuńczych zgodnie z Wytycznymi w zakresie real przedsięwzięć w obszarze włączenia społ i zwalczania ubóstwa z wyk. środków EFS i EFRR na lata 2014-20 dla łącznie 140osób - na ter. G.Stęszew (60miejsc w Stęszewie (w tym 30 utworzonych przez Partnera p. tj. SUTW), 40 we Wronczynie, 20 w Strykowie, 20 w Jeziorkach): realizacja zajęć animacyjnych, poradnictwo specjalistyczne, wsparcie rehabilitanta, zakup mebli i wyposażenia, sprzętu TIK i audiowizualnego, wyjazdy kulturalne;- utworzenie wypożyczalni sprzętu wspomagająco – pielęgnacyjnego.Wsparciem w ramach p objętych zostanie 140osób (100K,40M, w tym 2K niepełnosprawne) zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym i 1osoba (1K), która przeszkolona zostanie do prowadzenia KS. P. realizowany jest w odp na zdiagnozowane potrzeby w zakresie wsparcia osób niesamodzielnych, zależnych, starszych. Nakierowany jest na stworzenie miejsc usług opiekuńczych, które ze względu na niewystarczające środki fin i kadrowe nie były na terenie gminy realizowane. Przeprowadzona diagnoza wskazała na konieczność real działań umożliwiających dostęp do usług opiekuńczych, a jednocześnie zapobieganie marginalizacji i samotności osób starszych poprzez aktywizację społ. Utworzona zostanie wypożyczalnia sprzętu wspom-piel, która stanowić będzie odp na najczęściej pojawiające się zapotrzebowanie na taki sprzęt w gminie. P. nie jest real w ramach Mandatów Terytorialnych poszczeg. obszarów Strategicznej Interwencji. (Polish)
