The aim of the project is to activate social and professional persons excluded or at risk of exclusion living in the revitalised areas of Lidzbark Warmiński through oaz activities in the period IX.2019 to VII.2022. The target group will be people at risk of poverty, social exclusion and occupational exclusion, including the unemployed. Each participant will undergo a diagnosis by a psychologist and a professional adviser, and will be developed individually, tailored to the needs of the support plan, the choice of vocational training. The Participant will be able to benefit from the following offer of support: Task 1: Active inclusion services of a social nature – a workshop to change, – equality workshops in the field of gender knowledge and non-discrimination based on sex, – training of interpersonal competences, – relaxation workshops and skillful stress management workshops, – prevention of life crises, – workshops discovering their own potential through social relations, – workshops with an animator preparing participants for a local community event – away motivation training, – psychological counselling Task 2: Active inclusion services of a professional nature: — professional activation workshops, – workshops in the field of embroidery and sewing, – workshop for the manufacture of souvenirs (regional), – training in the field of tourism services, – regional cuisine workshops and “Babka herb maker”, – training for maintenance and care of greenery. Childcare will be provided for the duration of the course. Providing catering participants, NNW insurance. The result of the project will be: increase the motivation of participants to improve their living situation, increase interpersonal skills of participants, increase the integration of participants into the local community, increase motivation to seek work, improve professional qualifications and professional activation. Celem projektu jest zaktywizowanie społeczne i zawodowe osób wykluczonych lub zagrożonych wykluczeniem zamieszkujących na obszarach rewitalizowanych w Lidzbarku Warmińskim poprzez działania OAZ w okresie od IX.2019 do VII.2022. Grupą docelową będą osoby zagrożone ryzykiem ubóstwa, wykluczeniem społecznym i zawodowym, w tym osoby bezrobotne. Każdy z uczestników przejdzie diagnozę przeprowadzoną przez psychologa oraz doradcę zawodowego, zostanie opracowany indywidualny, dostosowany do potrzeb plan wsparcia, wybór szkolenia zawodowego. Uczestnik będzie mógł skorzystać z następującej oferty wsparcia: Zadanie 1: Usługi aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym - warsztat motywujący do zmiany, - warsztaty równościowe w zakresie wiedzy na temat płci i niedyskryminacji ze względu na płeć, - trening kompetencji interpersonalnych, - warsztaty relaksacji i umiejętnego zarządzania stresem, - profilaktyka kryzysów życiowych, - warsztaty odkrywania własnego potencjału poprzez relacje społeczne, - warsztaty z animatorem przygotowujące uczestników do imprezy na rzecz społeczności lokalnej - wyjazdowy trening motywacyjny, - poradnictwo psychologiczne Zadanie 2: Usługi aktywnej integracji o charakterze zawodowym: - warsztaty aktywizacji zawodowej, - warsztaty z zakresu hafciarstwa i szycia, - warsztat wyrobu pamiątek (regionalnych), - szkolenie z zakresu obsługi ruchu turystycznego, - warsztaty kuchni regionalnej i "Babka zielarka", - szkolenie utrzymanie i pielęgnacja zieleni. Zapewniona zostanie opieka nad dziećmi na czas trwania zajęć. Zapewnienie uczestnikom cateringu, ubezpieczenie NNW. Rezultatem projektu będzie: wzrost motywacji uczestników do poprawy sytuacji życiowej,podniesienie umiejętności interpersonalnych uczestników, wzrost integracji uczestników ze społecznością lokalną, wzrost motywacji do poszukiwania pracy, podniesienie kwalifikacji zawodowych oraz aktywizacja zawodowa.
