GRUPĘ DOCELOWĄ STANOWI: 55 os. (33K,22M) zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego, w wieku 18-64 lat, w tym os. bezrobotne, które zg. z ustawą o promocji zatrudn. i instytucjach r. pracy znajdujące się w trzeciej gr os. (tzw. oddalonych od r. pracy)- będących os. korzyst. ze świadczeń z pomocy społecznej zg. z ustawą z 12.03.2004 r. o pomocy społ. lub kwalifikujące się do objęcia wsparciem pomocy społecznej, tj. spełniających co najmniej 1 z przesłanek określonych w art. 7 ww. ustawy o pomocy społecznej, w tym: - min. 30% uczest. stanowią os. spełn. przesłankę ubóstwa (17os; 10K,7M) - min. 20% - to os. niepełnospr. [ON] (11os; 7K,4M). O cechach: - wyłącznie os. niezatrudnione- bierne zawod. lub bezrobotne o III profilu pomocy, - wyłącznie os. zamieszk. na obszarze woj. warmińsko- mazurskiego, w powiatach: bartoszyckim (z wyłączeniem gm. m. Bartoszyce), braniewskim (z wyłącz. gm. m. Braniewo) oraz kętrzyńskim (z wyłącz. gm. m. Kętrzyna). CEL: Zaktywizowanie społeczno- zawodowe- w okresie 1.09.2017- 31.12.2018 r.- 55 os (33K,22M) w wieku 18- 64l. biernych zawod. lub bezrobotnych o III profilu, zagroż. ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ. - korzystających ze świadczeń z pomocy społ. lub kwalifikujących się do objęcia jej wsparciem tj. spełniających co najmniej jedną z przesłanek określonych w art. 7 ustawy o pomocy społ. (w tym min. 11 ON oraz 17os spełn. przesłankę ubóstwa) zamieszkujących w gminach pow. bartoszyckiego, braniewskiego i kętrzyńskiego, w których odsetek korzyst. z pomocy społ. jest wyższy niż średnio w woj. ZADANIA: - indywid. diagnoza predyspozycji i potrzeb społ.- zawod. - warsztaty Kuźnia Optymizmu, indywid. wsparcie psycholog. i prawne, - warsztaty poszukiw. pracy, - szkolenie komputerowe, - indywidualne szkol. zawod. oraz staże zawodowe, GŁ. REZULTATY: - min. 34% UP zdobędzie zatrudn. na min. 3 miesiące (efektywność zatrudn.) - min. 80% UP nabędzie kwalifikacje i doświadczenie w ramach proj. (Polish)

THE TARGET GROUP SHALL BE: 55 wasps. (33K,22M) at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, aged 18-64, including unemployed persons, who are in accordance with the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Institutions located in the third gr. (so-called work away from the year)- benefiting from social assistance benefits under the Social Aid Act 12.03.2004 or eligible for social assistance, i.e. meeting at least 1 of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the Social Assistance Act, including: — at least 30 % of the participation is a premise of poverty (17 people; 10K,7M) – min. 20 % – is a person’s disability. [ON] (11os; 7K,4M). With characteristics: — exclusively unemployment- passive profession. or unemployed with a third aid profile, – only a person living in Warmia-Mazury voivodships, in powiats: Bartoszycki (excl. gm. Bartoszyce), Braniewski (excl. m. Braniewo) and Ketrzyn (excl. gm. Kętrzyn). OBJECTIVE: Socio-professional activation- in the period 1.09.2017-31.12.2018-55 people (33K,22M) aged 18 to 64 years of inactive occupation or unemployed with a third profile, risk of poverty or social exclusion. — benefiting from social aid or eligible for support, i.e. meeting at least one of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the Social Aid Act. (including min. 11 ON and 17os a premise of poverty) living in the municipalities of Bartoszycki, Braniewska and Ketrzyn districts, in which the percentage of social aid is higher than on average in the voivodeships. TASKS: — Individuals. Diagnosis of predispositions and needs of society- profession. — workshops Kuźnia Optymizm, individual. psychologist support. and legal, – workshops searched for work, – computer training, – individual schools. profession and internships, GŁ. RESULTS: — min. 34 % of UP will gain employment for at least 3 months (employment efficiency) – min. 80 % of UP will acquire qualifications and experience within the project. (English)
