The subject of the project is the reconstruction and expansion of the amphitheater in Olecko with the extension of the cultural offer of the municipality with a new three-day interdisciplinary event ACTIVE FESTIWAL Olecko 2018. As part of the infrastructure actions, the following are planned: demolition works of devastated elements of the amphitheatre, expansion of the auditorium (increasing the number of seats from 570 to 1146) with a space on the mobile stage and a multifunctional area, modernisation of the amphitheatre stage, construction of 2 pedestrians and roadways with new parking spaces with a reversible area (internal road to service of events), energy connections, illumination of the area, construction of a toilet adapted for people with disabilities, including parking lot for disabled people with water connections and water connections Communication lines are designed to make the facility accessible to people with disabilities, wheelchairs and cyclists. In addition, the purchase of video screening equipment and cameras for monitoring was planned. The realisation of the investment will increase the functionality of the facility and extend the cultural offer of the municipality of Olecko. The facility will be used in the May-October period, with approximately 17 events planned per year, including: concerts, theatre performances, summer cinema, cabaret reviews, recreational events for children and adults, workshops, exhibitions, culinary events, reviews of songs and folk bands. The project will host Active Festival Olecko 2018 – a three-day multidisciplinary event bringing together cultural and sports activities.The event will involve financially local entrepreneurs, who will cover part of the ineligible costs within the project. Przedmiotem projektu jest przebudowa i rozbudowa amfiteatru w Olecku wraz z rozszerzeniem oferty kulturalnej gminy o nową trzydniową imprezę interdyscyplinarną ACTIVE FESTIWAL OLECKO 2018. W ramach działań infrastrukturalnych zaplanowano: prace rozbiórkowe zdewastowanych elementów amfiteatru, rozbudowę widowni (zwiększenie liczby miejsc siedzących z 570 do 1146) z wydzieleniem miejsca na scenę mobilną oraz teren o przeznaczeniu wielofunkcyjnym, modernizację sceny amfiteatru, wykonanie ciągów komunikacyjnych pieszych i jezdnych z placem nawrotowym (droga wewnętrzna do obsługi imprez), przyłączy energetycznych, oświetlenia terenu, budowę toalety przystosowanej dla osób niepełnosprawnych wraz z przyłączem wodociągowym i kanalizacyjnym, wymianę ogrodzenia, budowę 2 parkingów na 15 miejsc, w tym dwóch dla osób niepełnosprawnych, zagospodarowanie terenu zielonego w oparciu o istniejący starodrzew i nowe nasadzenia. Ciągi komunikacyjne zaprojektowano w taki sposób aby obiekt był dostępny dla osób niepełnosprawnych, osób z wózkami dziecięcymi i rowerzystów. Ponadto zaplanowano zakup sprzętu do projekcji filmów i kamery do monitoringu. Realizacja inwestycji pozwoli zwiększyć funkcjonalność obiektu i rozszerzyć ofertę kulturalną gminy Olecko. Obiekt będzie wykorzystywany w okresie maj-październik – zaplanowano około 17 imprez rocznie, w tym: koncerty, przedstawienia teatralne, letnie kino, przeglądy kabaretów, imprezy rekreacyjne dla dzieci i dorosłych, warsztaty, wystawy, imprezy kulinarne, przeglądy piosenki i zespołów folklorystycznych. W ramach projektu zorganizowany zostanie Active Festival Olecko 2018 – jest to trzydniowa impreza interdyscyplinarna skupiająca działania kulturalne i sportowe.W realizację imprezy zostaną zaangażowani finansowo lokalni przedsiębiorcy, którzy pokryją część kosztów niekwalifikowalnych w ramach projektu. Współpraca będzie miała wpływ na efekty gospodarcze regionu. Projekt jest zgodny z typem określonym w SZOP RPO WiM dla Osi 6. (Polish)
