Teren realizacji Projektu położony jest we wsi Gęsiki , Gmina Barciany. Obszar opracowania – 1,39 ha, obejmuje działki nr 64, 131,141 obręb nr 15 Gęsiki. Działki są własnością Gm. Barciany. Zakres rzeczowy Projektu: 1. Bioróżnorodność - zagospodarowanie terenu: Gospodarka drzewostanem , Roślinność projektowana: sadzenie i pielęgnacja krzewów 65 szt. sadzenie drzew 47 szt. , obsadzenie terenu roślinami, w tym kwietniki 146 m2,.Łąka kwietna - 420 m2, utworzenie 2 szt. piaszczyste łachy (230 m2 + 290 m2) 2. Budowa ekologicznej ścieżki edukacyjnej: Ścieżka o nawierzchni z płyt beton. – 253,40 m2(181 mb x 1,40 szer.), wyposażenie oraz elem. edukacyjne: tablice inform. duże - szt. 3, tablice inform. małe -9szt., Altana - zielona klasa - szt. 1, pomost pływający z trapem-1szt. , ławki bez oparcia oraz ławki wraz placem -17szt. leżaki -5szt. kosze na śmieci -5szt.,luneta do obserwacji ptaków -1szt., rzeźby ze stali -7szt.(prezentujące gatunki zwierząt) ,tabliczki z nazwami gat. roślin – 60szt. Pozostałe elementy małej architektury: ul dla murarek, budka dla ptaków i nietoperzy -2szt.,pływająca platforma dla ptaków, stojaki na rowery -2szt., łodzie-siedziska przy pomoście -3szt. ,głazowisko z kamienia naturalnego - Wykonanie monitoring bezpieczeństwa (TIK). 3. Rekultywacja stawu rekreacyjnego : - Pogłębienie zbiornika wodnego wraz z wyprofilowaniem dna ( odwodnienie, oczyszczenie , roboty ziemne, karczowanie, skarpowanie i plantowanie nasypów) Szczegółowy zakres robót jest opisany w zał. nr 1 Studium wykonalności. Etapy realizacji Projektu: - etap przygotowawczy - opracowano dokument. techniczną i konkursową, - etap wyboru wykonawcy inwestycji - zgodnie z PZP realizacja inwestycji - wykonanie i odbiór robót, - końcowe rozliczenie rzeczowe i finansowe. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SzOOP RPO WWM poprzez Cel szczegółowy:Lepsze mechanizmy ochrony bioróżnorodności w regionie - zachowując, zabezpieczając i zwiększając bioróżnorodność terenu objętego Projektem. Barciana. Material scope of the Project: 1. Biodiversity – land use: Tree standing economy, Plant design: planting and care of shrubs 65 pcs. planting trees 47 pcs. Planting of the land with plants, including flowerbeds of 146 m²,.April meadow – 420 m², creation of 2 pieces of sandy rag (230 m² + 290 m²) 2. Building an ecological educational path: Paved pavement with concrete slabs. — 253,40 m²(181 mb x 1.40 w.), equipment and educational elements: information plates. large – pc. 3, plates inform. small -9pcs, Altana – green class – pc. 1, a floating platform with a trapdoor – 1pcs. Benches without backrest and benches with a square -17pcs. deck chairs -5pcs. rubbish baskets -5pcs, bird-watching telescopes -1pcs, steel sculptures -7pcs (representing animal species), tables with names of species of plants – 60pcs. Other elements of small architecture: hive for masons, birdhouse and bats -2pcs, floating bird platform, bike stands -2pcs, boats-sitting at the pier -3pcs. Natural stone boulder – Implementation of safety monitoring (ICT). 3. Recreational recreational pond restoration: — The depth of the water reservoir along with the profile of the bottom (dehydration, cleansing, earthworks, grubbing-up, grabbing and planting of embankments) Detailed scope of works is described in Appendix 1 of the feasibility study. Stages of Project Implementation: — preparatory stage – technical and competition document was prepared, – the stage of the selection of the contractor – according to the PZP the implementation of the investment – execution and receipt of works, – final settlement in kind and financial. The project fits into the assumptions of the SCOOP WWM RPO through the Specific Objective: Better mechanisms for protecting biodiversity in the region – preserving, safeguarding and increasing biodiversity in the Project area.
