The object of the project is the construction of a mechanical-biological sewage treatment plant in Łukta, which operates on the basis of nitrifying – denitrifying sludge active with oxygen stabilisation of sediment in a continuous flow system with a medium-day efficiency of 1.266 m³/d. Purification plant, which consists of three independent technological sequences of biological sewage treatment plant, will satisfy the needs of Łukt’s agglomeration area, including its 9th district. Łukta, Plichta, oak, Molza, performances, Worlina, Pelnik, Kotkowo, Florczaki, New ramotas, ramotas, Komorowo, Chudy Manor, Kozia Góra, Mostkowo, Taborz, butts, Spruce, Kojdy, Lusajny, Sobno, Trokajny, Zajączkowo, Gucin. The amount of wastewater cleaned as a result of the project will not change. The investment will be implemented by the Municipal Economy Department in Łukta Spółka z o. o. in the following stages: submission of an application for funding, conclusion of a co-financing agreement and contracts with the contractor, construction works, acceptance of the subject of the contract, final settlement and use during the lifetime. The project fits into the assumptions of the SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020: 1. ensure the treatment of municipal waste water in accordance with the required parameters laid down in Union and national legislation, (2) will enable the assumed amount of waste water and cargo to be taken into the sewage treatment plant; 3) minimise the emissions of pollutants entering the ground, groundwater and surface water, along with living, economic and industrial sewage, and thus improving the natural environment, 4) will safeguard the needs related to the uneven flow of industrial sewage, meltwater or heavy rainfall. The project is included in the V update of the National Urban Waste Treatment Programme (VAKPOŚK) together with the ACP 2017 Master Plan for the implementation of Council Directive 91/271/EEC. Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa mechaniczno-biologicznej oczyszczalni ścieków komunalnych w Łukcie, działającej w oparciu o nitryfikująco - denitryfikujący osad czynny z tlenową stabilizacją osadu w układzie przepływu ciągłego o wydajności średnio-dobowej 1.266 m3/d. Oczyszczalnia, w skład której wejdą trzy niezależnie pracujące ciągi technologiczne biologicznego oczyszczalnia ścieków, będzie zaspokajać potrzeby aglomeracji Łukta (RLM 9 144), obejmującej swym zasięgiem następujące miejscowości z terenu gminy Łukta: Łukta, Plichta, Dąg, Molza, Wynki, Worliny, Pelnik, Kotkowo, Florczaki, Nowe Ramoty, Ramoty, Komorowo, Chudy Dwór, Kozia Góra, Mostkowo, Tabórz, Pupki, Spórka, Kojdy, Ględy, Lusajny, Sobno, Trokajny, Zajączkowo, Gucin. Ilość ścieków oczyszczonych w wyniku realizacji projektu nie ulegnie zmianie. Inwestycja będzie wdrażana przez Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej w Łukcie Spółka z o. o. w następujących etapach: złożenie wniosku o dofinansowanie, zawarcie umowy dofinansowania i umowy z wykonawcą, roboty budowlane, odbiór przedmiotu zamówienia, końcowe rozliczenie oraz użytkowanie w okresie eksploatacji. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020: 1) zapewni oczyszczanie ścieków komunalnych zgodnie z wymaganymi parametrami określonymi w prawodawstwie unijnym i krajowym, 2) umożliwi przyjęcie założonej ilości ścieków oraz ładunku na oczyszczalnię ścieków; 3) zminimalizuje emisję zanieczyszczeń przedostających się do gruntu, wód gruntowych i powierzchniowych wraz ze ściekami bytowo-gospodarczymi i przemysłowymi, a co za tym idzie poprawę stanu środowiska naturalnego, 4) zabezpieczy potrzeby związane z nierównomiernością przepływów występujących w okresach dopływu ścieków przemysłowych, wód roztopowych lub silnych opadów deszczu. Projekt jest wpisany do V aktualizacji Krajowego Programu Oczyszczania Ścieków Komunalnych (VAKPOŚK) wraz z opracowanym na podstawie AKPOŚK 2017 Master Planem dla wdrażania dyrektywy Rady 91/271/EWG.
