The SWOIM! project is a comprehensive programme to support entrepreneurship and self-employment. The main aim of the project is to develop entrepreneurship and self-employment and create creative attitudes aimed at creating new jobs in the period from 1.9.2016 to 30.6.2018 among 32 K and 28 M unemployed and inactive persons aged 30+ living in the area of OSI in Wielkopolskie Voivodeship, through the diagnosis of their professional competence in the field of non-agricultural business activity (DZG) and training and advisory support and financial support for 36 new companies. 7 persons and intelligent specialisations 8 persons – 6 persons inactive, looking for a job after leaving the programme- 36 persons employed, including self-employed, after leaving the programme- 36 entrepreneurs positively evaluating development support received after the establishment of economic activities under the programme.The target group includes 32K and 28M of unemployed (UN) or passive (Bier), who, on 6 year of entry into the project, will complete the participation in the project. People with CEIDG/KRS entry in the period of 12 months preceding the date of accession to the project and farmers are excluded from the support.The tasks in the project are:1. Projekt POSTAW NA SWOIM! stanowi kompleksowy program wspierania przedsiębiorczości i samozatrudnienia. CELEM GŁÓWNYM projektu jest rozwój przedsiębiorczości i samozatrudnienia oraz budowa kreatywnych postaw zmierzających do tworzenia nowych miejsc pracy w okresie od 1.9.2016 do 30.6.2018 wśród 32 K i 28 M bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo w wieku 30+ zamieszkujących obszary OSI na terenie woj. wielkopolskiego, poprzez diagnozę ich kompetencji zawodowych w zakresie prowadzenia pozarolniczej działalności gospodarczej (DzG) i wsparcie szkoleniowo-doradcze oraz wsparcie finansowe 36 nowych firm.GŁÓWNE REZULTATY projektu to liczba:- 41 utworzonych miejsc pracy w ramach udzielonych z EFS środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarcze, w tym w sektorze OZE: 7 os. i inteligentnych specjalizacjach 8 os.- 6 os. biernych zawodowo, poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu- 36 os. pracujących, łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek, po opuszczeniu programu- 36 przedsiębiorców pozytywnie oceniających wsparcie rozwojowe otrzymane po utworzeniu działalności gospodarczej w ramach programu.Grupa docelowa obejmuje 32K i 28M bezrobotnych (BEZ) lub biernych zawodowo (BIER), którzy w dniu rozpoczęcia udziału w projekcie ukończyli 30 r.ż., w tym:- 6K i 9M długotrwale BEZ (DBEZ)- 22K i 24M o niskich kwalifikacjach- 10K i 10M w wieku 50+- 4K i 1M niepełnosprawnych (NP)zamieszkujących i chcących rozpocząć działalność wyłącznie na wybranych obszarach OSI. Ze wsparcia wyłączone są os. posiadające wpis do CEIDG/KRS w okresie 12 m-cy poprzedzających dzień przystąpienia do projektu i rolnicy.Zadania w projekcie to:1. DIAGNOZA KOMPETENCJI ZAWODOWYCH W ZAKRESIE PROWADZENIA DZIAŁALNOŚCI GOSPODARCZEJ I POTRZEB SZKOLENIOWO-DORADCZYCH2.
