Projekt realizowany przez Firmę DGA S.A. w ramach Poddział. 6.3.1 WRPO Samozatrudn. i przedsiębiorczość. Oferta Projektu skierowana jest bezpośrednio do osób bezrobotnych oraz biernych zawodowo powyżej 29 r.ż. należących do jednej z poniższych gr: osoby:-długotrwale bezrobotne-w wieku pow. 50 r.ż.-kobiety-z niepełnosprawnościami-o niskich kwalifikacjach.Celem głównym P. jest podniesienie szans na wlkp. rynku pracy i możliwości samozatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych i biernych zaw. powyżej 29 r.życia znajdujących się w szczeg.trudnej syt. na r.pracy (min.56% K) poprzez objęcie kompleksowym wsparciem psych-doradczo-szkoleniowym 110 os. z czego 100%GD podniesie wiedzę z zakresu przedsięb.,z czego 88 os. założy i poprowadzi przez min.12mc własne DG do 6.2018r.Kompleksowe wsparcie w ramach P obejmuje:-diagnozę kompetencji zaw.w zakresie prowadzenia dział.gosp.(3 etapy;wybór do etapu szkoleń110 osób z min.150 zgłoszeń);-szkolenie ABC przedsiębiorczości dla 110os.(7 grup;średnio 60h) i doradztwo (usł.zlecona firmie wpisanej do RIS w WUP)-bezzwrotne wsparcie finansowe-dotacja w wysokości 21 200 zł/os-wsparcie pomostowe finansowe: pierwsze 6mcy w kwocie 1800zł/mc/os, kolejne 6 mcy w kwocie 1500zł/mc/os.-wsparcie pomostowe doradczo szkoleniowe (średnio 12h/os)W efekcie w woj.wielkopolskim powstanie 88 mikroprzedsiębiorstw do końca Czerwca 2018. Premiowane będą pomysły na DG w branżach OZE/Smart Specjaliz.,a także te działalności, w których przewiduje się zatrudnienie min.1 pracownika. Kluczowe wskaźniki:88 nowych podmiotów gosp.,w tym 15% w branży OZE,15% w smart specjaliz.13% zatrudni min.1 pracownika, 244 h wsparcia psychologicznego, 360 h spotkań z Doradcą Zaw.,110 zaświadczeń o ukończeniu szkolenia ABC Przedsiębiorczości,Projekt realizowany w Wielkopolsce, w okresie 01.07.2016 - 30.06.2018. Biuro Projektu: Poznań. DGA jest agencją zatrudnienia.Do projektu zostaną zaangażowani eksperci, doradcy, psycholog mający duże dośw.zaw. w danej dziedzinie. (Polish)

Project implemented by DGA S.A. as part of the subdivision. 6.3.1 Self-employment and entrepreneurship. The Project’s offer is addressed directly to the unemployed and inactive persons over 29 years old belonging to one of the following games: persons:-long-term unemployed-age age. The main objective of P. is to increase the chances of working in the labour market and the possibility of self-employment of unemployed and passive persons, including more than 29 years of life located in a particular difficult saturation for work (min.56 % K) by providing comprehensive psychological-training support to 110 persons, of which 100 % of the scope of which increase knowledge. the first 6mcy in the amount of PLN 1800 PLN/mc/person, another 6 mcy in the amount of 1500zł/mc/person-support by bridge advisory training (average 12h/person)As a result, 88 micro-enterprises will be created in the Wielkopolska Voivodeship by the end of June 2018. DG ideas in the RES/Smart Specialisation sectors will be rewarded, as well as those activities where at least 1 employees are expected to be employed. Key indicators:88 new entrants, including 15 % in the RES industry,15 % in smart specialisation.13 % will employ at least 1 employees, 244 h psychological support, 360 h meetings with Advisor Zaw.,110 certificates on completion of ABC Entrepreneurship training, Project realised in Wielkopolska, in the period 01.07.2016-30.06.2018.
