    Przedmiotem projektu jest wykonanie prac termomodern. budynku mieszkalnego położonego przy ul. 1 Maja 64 (dz. 106/22, obr 2) w Ornecie. ?Projekt zakłada wykonanie prac termomodern. zgodnie z projektem budowl. (zał. nr 5 do wniosku). Zakres projektu obejmuje docieplenie: ścian zewnętrznych podłużnych budynku, stropu nad ostatnią kondygnacją, stropów piwnic, wymianę okienek piwnicznych, okien w pralni i suszarni, rozbiór ścianki z pustaków szklanych na klatkach schodowych, wymianę drzwi na stolarkę energooszcz., kompleksowy remont balkonów (koszt niekwalifik.),moderniza. instalacji c.o. i c.w.u., usunięc. docieplenia ścian osłonowych (ze wzg. na zły stan tech.), następnie remont ścian zew. i cokołu budynku, wykonanie parapetów zew. z blachy powlekanej, wymianę jednego wyłazu dachowego na kompletny systemowy, jeden wyłaz do likwidacji, malowanie ścian farbami silikonowymi, wykończenie ościeża, montaż opraw z czujnikami ruchu - 36 szt., wykonaniu instalacji elektry. wraz z przewod. - 54 punkty. Projekt przyczyni się do rozwiązania wszystkich zdiagnozowanych problemów kluczowych interesariuszy w obszarze objętym projektem. Roboty rozpoczną?? się? w I kw. 2018 r. a zakończą? w I kw. 2019 r. Projekt będzie wdrażany przez doświadczony zespół obejmujący pracowników spółdzielni w składzie: kierownik projektu, główna księgowa, za nadzór nad techniczną realizacją inwestycji odpowiadać´´ będzie Prezes Spółdzielni posiadająca wykształcenie wyższe techniczne w zakresie budownictwa lądowego. W I kw. 2017 r. dokonano zgłoszenia robót budowlanych na prace objęte projektem. W I kw. 2018 r. zostanie wyłoniony wykonawca robót budowlanych. Projekt wpisuje się?? w założenia SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020, bezpośrednio w cel poddziałania 4.3.2: Zwiększona efektywność energetyczna budynków mieszkalnych.
