The project implemented by the District Starostwo in Gołdapi is aimed at digitising the geodetic and cartographic resources and making them available through e-services with a high degree of maturity, which will be launched within the framework of this project. In order to store and make available resources correctly and securely, it is necessary to purchase server hardware. The project plans to carry out the following tasks: 1) The establishment of public e-services, including the activation of the functionality of payments and the adaptation of the geoportal site to the standard WCAG 2.0 2) The digitisation of the district geodesic resources and cartographical resources (operates for legal purposes) to the system of the Centre 8 3) The digitisation of the district geodesic database shall be the 7th edition of the database of the database and the cartographical (for the system of the Bank of Osnów) 4) Modernisation of land and buildings records for the municipality of Gołdap, Banie Mazurskie and Banie Mazurnki 7. 1) Server – 1 piece 2) Central UPS – 1 pieces 3) UTM Device – 1 piece 4) NAS Server – 1 art The main purpose of this project is to provide easier access to the geodesic resource for residents and entrepreneurs, in particular for those using the geodesic resource to run their business and are entitled to use them under the laws of applicable law. Projekt realizowany przez Starostwo Powiatowe w Gołdapi ma na celu cyfryzację zasobu geodezyjnego i kartograficznego oraz udostępnienie ich poprzez e-usługi o wysokim stopniu dojrzałości, które zostaną uruchomione w ramach niniejszego projektu. W celu poprawnego i bezpiecznego przechowywania i udostępniania zasobów konieczne jest dokonanie zakupu sprzętu serwerowego. W ramach projektu planowane jest przeprowadzenie następujących zadań: 1) Utworzenie e-usług publicznych wraz z uruchomieniem funkcjonalności płatności on-line oraz dostosowaniem strony geoportalu do standardu WCAG 2.0 2) Cyfryzacja powiatowego zasobu geodezyjnego i kartograficznego (operaty do celów prawnych) do systemu Ośrodek 8 3) Cyfryzacja powiatowego zasobu geodezyjnego i kartograficznego (do systemu Bank Osnów) 4) Modernizacja ewidencji gruntów i budynków dla gminy Gołdap, Banie Mazurskie i Dubeninki (obręb Maciejowięta), 7) Utworzenie bazy danych obiektów topograficznych (BDOT500) i bazy GESUT dla całych jednostek ewidencyjnych (gm. Banie Mazurskie i Dubeninki) 8) Dostosowanie istniejącej bazy BDOT500 i bazy GESUT do zgodności z obowiązującym modelem pojęciowym danych BDOT500 dla dla całych jednostek ewidencyjnych (Miasto Gołdap, gm. Gołdap) 11) Szyna usług integrująca usługi ePUAP, EZD i systemy dziedzinowe 12) Modernizacja systemów dziedzinowych 13) Platforma GIS (budowa geoportalu - serwerem WMS jest EWMAPA W ramach realizacji projektu zostanie zakupiony następujący sprzęt serwerowy: 1) Serwer - 1 sztuka 2) Centralny UPS - 1 sztuka 3) Urządzenie UTM - 1 sztuka 4) Serwer NAS - 1 sztuka Celem głównym niniejszego projektu jest zapewnienie łatwiejszego dostępu do zasobu geodezyjnego dla mieszkańców i przedsiębiorców, a w szczególności dla podmiotów korzystających z zasobu geodezyjnego do prowadzenia swojej działalności i uprawnionych do korzystania z nich na podstawie przepisów obowiązującego prawa.
