Cel główny projektu:Podniesiony poziom aktywności zawodowej u min.70% spośród 230 os.z gr.docelowej z obszarów OSI woj.wlkp.(138 kobiet i 92 mężczyzn)oraz podjęciezatrudnienia przez min.92 os.dzięki udziałowi w formach wsparcia zaproponowanych w projekcie-dopasowanych indywidualnie do potrzeb każdegouczestnika w okresie 01.09.2018-31.08.2020.Grupę docelową proj.stanowi 230 os.(138K i 92M)-są to os.bezrobotne,poszukujące pracy i bierne zawodowo,defaworyzowane na rynku pracy powyżej 29 r.ż. (wiek ustalany w dniu rozpoczęcia udziału w proj.)z jednej z poniższych gr.:*os.długotrwale bezrobotne–min.82 os.*kobiety-min.60% GD*os.z niepełnosprawnościami-min.11 os.*os.o niskich kwalifikacjach-min.99os.*os.w wieku 50 lat i więcej-min.39 os.Projekt jest skierowany do grup docelowych z obszaru woj.wielkopolskiego (w przypadku os.fizycznych-zamieszkują na obszarze woj. wlkp.w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego).100% GD stanowią mieszkańców wiejskich obszarów funkcjonalnych wymagających wsparcia procesów rozwojowych (zg.z regionalnymi ObszaramiStrategicznej Interwencji-OSI)-obszary wykazane w cz.3.3 wniosku.Zadania realizowane w projekcie:-IPD-pośrednictwo pracy-szkolenia zawodowe-staże zawodoweProj.realizowany będzie w partnerstwie z NGO-Stowarzyszenie Aktywnego Wspierania Gospodarki.Wsparcie w proj.stanowi odpowiedź na zdiagnozowane przez Wnioskodawcę problemy gr.docelowej.Rezultaty to np.:Liczba os., które nabyły kwalifikacje dzięki udziałowi w proj.: 69 os.Liczba ba os.pracujących (łącznie z samozatrudnionymi)po zakończeniu udziału w proj.: 92 os.Wartość projektu: 1 885 626,96 złDofinansowanie: 1 791 345,61 zł (Polish)
