Celem głównym proj jest zdobycie zatrudnienia przez 15 UP w wieku powyżej 29 r.ż., spośród grupy 50 osób bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo, niepełnosprawnych, zamieszkujących powiaty: m. Poznań, poznański, m. Konin i Koniński, poprzez udział w kompleksowym wsparciu do 31.12.2019.W ramach projektu założono osiągnięcie następujących wskaźników:• Liczba osób biernych zawodowo objętych wsparciem aktywizacji zawodowej w programie – 8• Liczba osób bezrobotnych objętych wsparciem aktywizacji zawodowej w programie – 42• Liczba osób pracujących, łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek, po opuszczeniu programu – 15.• Liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu – 11.• Liczba osób objętych wsparciem aktywizacji zawodowej w programie – 50.Grupę docelową stanowi 50 osób niepełnosprawnych (28 K, 22 M) bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo w wieku powyżej 29 r.ż, zamieszkałych w myśl KC powiaty: m. Poznań, poznański, m. Konin i Koniński.W ramach projektu zostaną zrealizowane zadania:1. Identyfikacja potrzeb osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia i poradnictwo zawodowe2. Zatrudnienie wspomagane3. Szkolenia zawodowe4. Staże zawodowe5. Pośrednictwo pracy. (Polish)
