The main aim of the project is to gain employment by 20 UP over the age of 29, out of the group of 50 unemployed and inactive, low-skilled people living in the Olsztyn sub-region of Bartoszyce, through participation in comprehensive support up to 31.12.2018. The project aims to achieve the following indicators: • Number of inactive persons covered by professional activation support in the programme – 13 • Number of unemployed persons supported by professional activation in the programme – 37 • Number of persons working, including self-employed, after leaving the programme – 20. • Number of persons who have been qualified after leaving the program – 20. • Number of low-skilled people supported in the programme – 50. The project is addressed to 50 people (30K) from the area of the Bartoszycki district, i.e. natural persons who reside in the area of the Bartoszycki district in the Olsztyn subregion in the Warmia-Mazury voivodship within the meaning of the Civil Code. They will be unemployed and inactive people over 29, who are in a particularly difficult labour market – low-skilled people, including 2 people with disabilities. Gr doc is: • 13 passive persons incl. 10 unemployed persons not registered in labour offices • 27 unemployed persons registered in employment offices. The added value of the project is the application of the solution developed in the innovation project of PO KL, namely the Questionnaire of Important Competences in the Search for Employment, developed by OIC Poland and Org. Employers of Leviathan (Critate. 3. The project is complementary to the support provided by the European Union’s aid measures other than the ESF. 1. As part of the project, the following tasks will be carried out: 1. Identification of the needs of unemployed persons and career guidance 2. Assisted employment 3. Vocational training 4.     Celem głównym proj jest zdobycie zatrudnienia przez 20 UP w wieku powyżej 29 r.ż., spośród grupy 50 osób bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo, o niskich kwalifikacjach, zamieszkujących powiat bartoszycki w subregionie olsztyńskim, poprzez udział w kompleksowym wsparciu do 31.12.2018. W ramach projektu założono osiągnięcie następujących wskaźników: • Liczba osób biernych zawodowo objętych wsparciem aktywizacji zawodowej w programie – 13 • Liczba osób bezrobotnych objętych wsparciem aktywizacji zawodowej w programie – 37 • Liczba osób pracujących, łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek, po opuszczeniu programu – 20. • Liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu – 20. • Liczba osób o niskich kwalifikacjach objętych wsparciem w programie – 50. Proj jest skierowany do 50 osób (30K) z obszaru powiatu bartoszyckiego, tj. osób fizycznych, które zamieszkują na obszarze powiatu bartoszyckiego w subregionie olsztyńskim w woj. warmińsko - mazurskim w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego. Będą to osoby bezrobotne i bierne zawodowo powyżej 29 r. ż., znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy – osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, w tym 2 osoby niepełnosprawne. Gr doc to: • 13 os biernych zaw • 10 os bezrobotnych niezarejestrowanych w urzędach pracy • 27 os bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w urzędach pracy. Wartością dodaną proj jest zastosowanie rozwiązania wypracowanego w proj innowacyjnym PO KL, a mianowicie Kwestionariusza Istotnych Kompetencji w Poszukiwaniu Zatrudnienia, wypracowanego przez OIC Poland i Org. Pracodawców Lewiatan (kryt. fakult. 3). Proj jest komplementarny ze wsparciem realizowanym w ramach innych niż EFS środków pomocowych Unii Europejskiej (kryt. fakult. 1). W ramach projektu zostaną zrealizowane zadania: 1. Identyfikacja potrzeb osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia i poradnictwo zawodowe 2. Zatrudnienie wspomagane 3. Szkolenia zawodowe 4.
