Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja budynku przychodni zdrowia przy ul. Wajdy 10 w Bartoszycach. W ramach przedsięwzięcia termomodernizacyjnego zaplanowano do wykonania następujące prace stanowiące koszt kwalifikowany projektu: 1. Modernizacja istniejącej instalacji centralnego ogrzewania. 2. Wymiana okien zewnętrznych, a następnie montaż okien z profili PVC. Pozostałe otwory okienne należy zamurować. 3. Zdemontowanie istniejących starych drzwi zewnętrznych i zamontowanie nowych drzwi zewnętrznych. Pozostałe otwory drzwiowe należy zamurować. W ramach przedsięwzięcia przewiduje się montaż wiatrołapu w drzwiach wejściowych. 4. Wykonanie ocieplenia ścian zewnętrznych z użyciem styropianu. 5. Wykonanie ocieplenia ścian zewnętrznych piwnicy (cokołowych) oraz ścian piwnic przy gruncie z użyciem styropianu. Zakres projektu obejmuje także wykonanie towarzyszących prac stanowiących koszty niekwalifikowane: 1. Rozbiórka zadaszenia. Projekt będzie wdrażany przez Urząd Miasta Bartoszyce w zakresie kompetencji Wydziału Techniczno-Inwestycyjnego. Do najważniejszych etapów realizacji projektu należy zaliczyć: - wykonanie zadań inwestycyjnych jako ww. koszty kwalifikowane (zadania 2, 3, 4, 5) w terminie od III kw. 2014 do IV kw. 2014 - wyłonienie wykonawcy w procedurze Prawa zamówień publicznych jako ww. koszty kwalifikowane (zadanie 1) – założono podpisanie umowy z wykonawcą w IV kw. 2017 r. - właściwą realizację rzeczową i finansową jako ww. koszty kwalifikowane (zadanie 1) w terminie od IV kw. 2017 do I kw. 2019 Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone SzOOP RPO WiM realizując cel Poddziałania 4.3.1 określony jako Zwiększona efektywność energetyczna budynków użyteczności publicznej. The subject of the project is the thermal modernisation of the health clinic building at ul. Wajdy 10 in Bartoszyce. Within the framework of the thermomodernisation project, the following works are planned to be carried out, which constitute the eligible cost of the project: 1. Modernisation of the existing central heating system. 2. Replacement of external windows, then installation of windows from PVC profiles. The remaining window openings must be walled up. 3. Dismantling existing old external doors and mounting new external doors. The remaining door openings shall be walled up. The project envisages installing a windmill in the front door. 4. Insulation of external walls with Styrofoam. 5. The insulation of the outer walls of the cellar (caround) and the walls of the cellars next to the ground with the use of styrofoam. The scope of the project shall also include the execution of accompanying works constituting ineligible costs: 1. Demolition of the roof. The project will be implemented by the Bartoszyce City Hall in the field of competence of the Technical and Investment Faculty. The most important stages of project implementation include: — execution of investment tasks as the abovementioned eligible costs (tasks 2, 3, 4, 5) within the period from the third quarter. 2014 to IV quarter 2014 – selection of the contractor in the Public Procurement Law procedure as the above-mentioned eligible costs (task 1) – the signing of the contract with the contractor in the fourth quarter was assumed. 2017 – proper physical and financial implementation as the above-mentioned eligible costs (task 1) within the period from IVQ. 2017 to the first quarter. 2019 The project fits into the assumptions set out by the ROP WiM RPO by fulfilling the objective of sub-measure 4.3.1 defined as the Increased Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings. Conformity with the type of project is specified in point. 3.7 of the proposal. (English)
