The main problem that has become the cause of investment is their low energy efficiency. The implementation of the project will contribute to the achievement of the objectives and assumptions and indicators set out in the WiM RPO for Priority Axis 4. The beneficiaries of the project are mainly users of the above-mentioned public buildings – all residents of Płonica commune. The stages of the project are: preparation of documentation, submission of the application, implementation of construction works and project promotion, monitoring of project implementation, project settlement, supervision of the investment, operation. Beneficjentem projektu są przede wszystkim użytkownicy ww. budynków użyteczności publicznej - wszyscy mieszkańcy Gminy Płośnica.
