The project also concerns the alignment of methods and content of training in the profession Cukiernik in the Industry School No. 5 to the needs of the labour market. Modernisation of the content and methods of education at the first-degree Industry School No. 5 in Olsztyn in the profession of confectioner, raising the competence of 4 teachers/s while at the same time retrofitting the school in the period from 01.09.2019 to 31.03.2020. School in cooperation with regional employers prepare and apologise. I'm President Olsztyn. This diagnosis is the basis for carrying out tasks in the project. In addition, agreements have been concluded with employers for whose direction will be modernised. Entrepreneurs participate in the construction of project assumptions, including trainings for teaching, as well as present.recommendations on the equipment necessary for learning in particular workshops.
