Słoneczne Osiedle 16 (Z. No. 43/1, Frombork 7). The project’s material scope includes: warming of the exterior walls of the building, warming the interior ceiling of the building, warming the outer wall of the building, warming the outer wall of the basement, warming the roof, replacing old leaky wooden windows with new PVCs, replacing leaky old wooden doors for new ones, replacing the internal installation without replacing the heat source, and in particular: replacement of cast iron and tubular radiators for new plate or aluminium radiators. Installation of valves and thermostatic heads for radiators, replacement of lighting fittings with LED. The above actions result from an energy audit prepared for the building in question. The main problem that has led to the planned investment is the low energy efficiency of the building. The implementation of the project will affect the achievement of the objectives and assumptions and indicators set out in the WiM RPO for Priority Axis 4. The beneficiaries of the project are mainly users of the public utility building concerned, but also all residents of the Commune Frombork. The stages of the project are: preparation of documentation, submission of the application, implementation of construction works and project promotion, monitoring of project implementation, project settlement, supervision of the investment and operation. Przedmiotowy projekt realizowany będzie na terenie miasta i gminy Frombork, na projektowanym obszarze objętym do rewitalizacji. Budynek użyteczności publicznej znajduje się we Fromborku, przy ul. Osiedle Słoneczne 16 (dz. nr 43/1, obręb Frombork 7). Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje: docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych budynku, docieplenie stropu wewnętrznego budynku, docieplenie ściany zewnętrznej lukarny budynku, docieplenie ściany zewnętrznej piwnicy, docieplenie dachu, wymiana starych nieszczelnych okien drewnianych na nowe PCV, wymiana nieszczelnych, starych drzwi drewnianych na nowe, wymiana wewnętrznej instalacji co bez wymiany źródła ciepła, a w szczególności: wymiana grzejników żeliwnych i rurowych na nowe płytowe lub aluminiowe. Zamontowanie zaworów i głowic termostatycznych do grzejników, wymiana opraw oświetleniowych na LED. Powyższe działania wynikają z audytu energetycznego sporządzonego dla przedmiotowego budynku. Głównym problemem, który stał się przyczyną zaplanowanej inwestycji jest niska efektywność energetyczna budynku. Realizacja projektu wpłynie na osiągnięcia założonych celów oraz założeń i wskaźników określonych w SzOOP RPO WiM dla Osi Priorytetowej 4. Beneficjentem projektu są przede wszystkim użytkownicy przedmiotowego budynku użyteczności publicznej, ale także wszyscy mieszkańcy Gminy Frombork. Etapy realizacji projektu to: przygotowanie dokumentacji, złożenie wniosku, realizacja prac budowlanych i promocja projektu, monitoring realizacji projektu, rozliczenie projektu, nadzór nad inwestycją i eksploatacja.
