Przedmiotem projektu są prac termomod. w budynku (Święta Lipka 16, 11-440 Święta Lipka, nr działki: 24/2, 33/4, 35/7, 35/9, 35/10) zakres: Docieplenie stropu pod nieogrzewanym poddaszem poprzez zastosowanie warstwy izolacji termiczne), Docieplenie podłogi poprzez zastosowanie warstwy izolacji term., Wymiana okien i drzwi na bardziej szczelne i energooszczędne modernizacja instalacji CO poprzez modyfikację kotła gazowego-zastosowanie palnika modulowanego. Modernizacja instalacji CWU poprzez modyfikację kotła gazowego-zastosowanie palnika modulowanego. Modernizacja systemu wentylacji pośrednio realizowana poprzez wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej. Modernizacja instalacji oświetlenia instalacja PV (150szt, moc 1panela 265W) Montaż kolektorów słon. (40 szt, pow. absorbera:2,35 m2, moc kolektora:560 W/m2) Szczegółowy opis w sw i zał 10. Etapy realizacji projektu: -złożenie wniosku -podpisanie umowy -wybór wykonawcy zgodnie z zasadą konk. -zawarcie umowy z wykonawcą i rozpoczęcie prac -realizacja prac zgodnie z harmonogramem -zakończenie projektu i podpisanie prot. końcowego -końcowe rozliczenie Projekt w pełni wpisuje się w założenia wpisane w SzOOP RPOWiM realizując założony cel: Zwiększona efektywność energet. w przedsiębiorstwach. Przedmiotowa inwestycja zmierza do poprawy efekt. przedsiębiorstwa. Prace przewidziane w ramach inwestycji wpisują się w typy projektów przewidzianych do realizacji oraz realizują założone do realizacji wskaźniki. Efektywność energet. (EE) leży u podstaw europejskiej polityki energet. i jest jednym z głównych celów strategii „Europa 2020” na rzecz inteligentnego, zrównoważonego wzrostu sprzyjającego włączeniu społecznemu.Efektywne zużycie energii może znacząco przyczynić się do osiągnięcia celu w postaci gosp.i niskoemisyjnej i walki ze zmianami klimatycznymi. Inwestycja na rzecz efekt. energetycznej w budynku przynosi znaczne oszczędności energii, jednocześnie wspierając wzrost gosp. i zrównoważony rozw. (Polish)

This investment aims to improve the effect of the company. The work planned in the framework of the investment fits into the types of projects planned for implementation and implements the indicators set for implementation. The efficiency of the energet. (EE) is at the heart of European energy policy and is one of the main objectives of the Europe 2020 strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth.Efficient energy consumption can make a significant contribution to achieving the goal of gosp. and low carbon and combating climate change.
