The aim of the project is to acquire employee competences from 20 pupils/nothing (11K,9M) from T.hotel and T. food and catering services from the E. Biedravina Sukertowa Schools in Malinów by obtaining qualifications and practical skills as a result of completion of vocational courses and interpersonal training and traineeships with employers in the period IX.2018-IX.2019. The objective will be achieved through the following actions/tasks: cooperation with 8 employers, Vocational courses (Barmanian course, Carving, barista, catering and hotel services, customer service and sales techniques, driving licence cat.B), training of employee skills (autopresentation, dealing with stress) and a course preparing for the exam confirming the level of competence from English (Egzamin TOEIC). The project is addressed to 20 students/nothing from ZS in Malinów from the direction of T.hotel and T. food and catering services. The implementation of the project is intended to increase the employability of project participants by acquiring and confirming qualifications and practical skills and applying them in practice with Employers.     Celem projektu jest nabycie kompetencji pracowniczych u 20 uczniów/nic (11K,9M) z kierunku T.hotelarstwa oraz T.żywienia i usług gastronomicznych z Zespołu Szkół im. E.Biedrawiny Sukertowej w Malinowie poprzez uzyskanie kwalifikacji i umiejętności praktycznych w wyniku ukończenia kursów zawodowych i szkoleń interpersonalnych oraz odbycia staży u pracodawców w okresie IX.2018-IX.2019. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację następujących działań/zadań: współpracę z 8 pracodawcami, Kursy zawodowe (kurs barmański, Carving, barista, obsługę programów gastronomiczno-hotelarskich, obsługa klienta i technik sprzedaży, prawo jazdy kat.B), szkolenia umiejętności pracowniczych(autoprezentacja, radzenie sobie ze stresem) oraz kurs przygotowujący do egzaminu potwierdzającego poziom kompetencji z j.angielskiego (Egzamin TOEIC).Zdobyta wiedza zostanie zastosowana w praktyce w ramach stażu u pracodawców. Projekt jest skierowany do 20uczniów/nic z ZS w Malinowie z kierunku T.hotelarstwa oraz T.żywienia i usług gastronomicznych. Realizacja projektu ma przełożyć się na wzrost zatrudnialności uczestników projektu poprzez nabycie oraz potwierdzenie kwalifikacji i umiejętności praktycznych i zastosowanie ich w praktyce u Pracodawców.
