The aim of the project is to increase the employability of unemployed people over the age of 29 in Gołdap County. The project will carry out the following tasks: 1. identification of the needs of project participants (IPD/vocational counselling/work intermediation) – 60 people (41K/19M), 2. traineeship lasting up to 6 months- 50 people, 3. one-off measures for taking up a business activity – 10 people. The project is addressed to persons over 29 years of age who are unemployed, registered with the PUP in Gołdapi as unemployed, with an established I or II aid profile and at the same time belonging to at least one group: — persons over 50 years of age (10 persons), – long-term unemployed (19 people), – women (41 persons), – disabled (3 persons), – low-skilled (18 people). The main results of the project will be to take up employment by: — 38 % of people not classified as disabled, long-term unemployed or low-skilled, supported by the project, – 12 % of disabled persons supported by the project, – 30 % of long-term unemployed supported by the project, – 31 % of low-skilled persons supported by the project. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia w powiecie gołdapskim. W ramach projektu realizowane będą następujące zadania: 1. identyfikacja potrzeb uczestników projektu (IPD/poradnictwo zawodowe/pośrednictwo pracy) - 60 osób (41K/19M), 2. staż trwający do 6 miesięcy- 50 osób, 3. jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej - 10 osób. Projekt jest skierowany do osób powyżej 29 lat, pozostających bez pracy, zarejestrowanych w PUP w Gołdapi jako bezrobotne, z ustalonym I lub II profilem pomocy, a jednocześnie należących co najmniej do jednej grupy: - osoby powyżej 50 roku życia (10 osób), - długotrwale bezrobotni (19 osób), - kobiety (41 osób), - niepełnosprawni (3 osoby), - osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach (18 osób). Głównymi rezultatami projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez: - 38% osób nie zaliczanych do niepełnosprawnych, długotrwale bezrobotnych ani o niskich kwalifikacjach, objętych wsparciem w ramach projektu, - 12% niepełnosprawnych objętych wsparciem w ramach projektu, - 30% długotrwale bezrobotnych objętych wsparciem w ramach projektu, - 31% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach objętych wsparciem w ramach projektu.
