Cel główny projektu: podniesienie kwalifikacji zawodowych 220 osób dorosłych (82K + 138M), z obszaru woj. warmińsko - mazurskiego, które z własnej inicjatywy są zainteresowane podnoszeniem kompetencji i umiejętności zawodowych, poprzez realizację kursów zawodowych do końca III.2020r. Zadania projektowe: szkolenia/kursy zawodowe dla branży budowlanej i gastronomicznej. Grupa docelowa: to wyłącznie osoby dorosłe (220 osób) z własnej inicjatywy zainteresowane podnoszeniem kompetencji i umiejętności zawodowych, które uczą się, pracują lub zamieszkują, w rozumieniu przepisów KC, na obszarze woj. warmińsko-mazurskiego, z wyłączeniem osób prowadzących działalność gospodarczą. 100 osób z branży gastronomicznej i 120 osób z branży budowlanej.
