The project “School Success Laboratory” will be carried out in primary school in the School Complex in Młynary in the period 01.09.2017-30.06.2019. Its aim is to refer to linguistic, mathematical and natural competences and skills necessary on the labour market among the 120 pupils of the Primary School in Młynary, through compensatory and development activities, implementation of experimental teaching, improving the qualifications and skills of teachers and individualising work with a pupil with special educational needs. The project is aimed at 120 pupils, 20 teachers and 24 parents of children learning at school. The project envisages the implementation of classes developing in English and natural science, compensatory classes in mathematics, pedagogical therapy of dyslexia, sociotherapeutic classes and improvement of teachers’ skills and qualifications in the field of teaching based on experimental methods and supporting pupils in the development of key competences. The laboratory of mathematical and natural subjects and language will also be retrofitted. The implementation of the project will increase pupils’ key competences, appropriate attitudes and skills needed in the labour market and develop a personalised approach to a pupil with special educational needs. This will improve the quality of general education by creating the conditions for experimental teaching at school, which will directly translate into an increase in their key competences, as well as providing teachers with the opportunity to train and improve professional skills in order to improve the quality of schools in these areas. The project is integrated in nature and is part of the project called “The Project”. ‘Increasing the quality of educational services aimed at developing the skills desired on the labour market in the area of the Elbląg ZIT’, in accordance with Resolution No 6/2016 of the Steering Committee of the ZIT Association.     Projekt "Szkolna Pracownia Sukcesu" będzie realizowany w szkole podstawowej w Zespole Szkół w Młynarach w okresie 01.09.2017-30.06.2019. Jego celem jest odniesienie kompetencji językowych, matematyczno przyrodniczych oraz właściwych i umiejętności niezbędnych na rynku pracy wśród 120 uczniów Szkoły Podstawowej w Zespole Szkół w Młynarach poprzez realizację zajęć wyrównawczych i rozwijających, wdrożenie nauczania metodą eksperymentu, doskonalenie kwalifikacji i umiejętności nauczycieli oraz indywidualizację pracy z uczniem o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych. Projekt skierowany jest do 120 uczniów, 20 nauczycieli i 24 rodziców dzieci uczących się w szkole. W ramach projektu przewiduje się realizację zajęć rozwijających z j. angielskiego i przyrodniczych, zajęć wyrównawczych z matematyki, terapię pedagogiczną dysleksji, zajęcia socjoterapeutyczne oraz doskonalenie umiejętności i kwalifikacji nauczycieli w zakresie nauczania opartego na metodzie eksperymentu i wspierania uczniów w rozwoju kompetencji kluczowych. Zostaną również doposażone pracownie przedmiotów matematyczno-przyrodniczych oraz językowa. Realizacja projektu wpłynie na podniesienie u uczniów kompetencji kluczowych, właściwych postaw i umiejętności niezbędnych na rynku pracy oraz rozwój zindywidualizowanego podejścia do ucznia ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi. Wpłynie to na podniesienie jakości w obszarze kształcenia ogólnego poprzez stworzenie w szkole warunków do nauczania eksperymentalnego, co bezpośrednio przełoży się na wzrost poziomu ich kompetencji kluczowych, jak również zapewnienie nauczycielom możliwości szkolenia i doskonalenia umiejętności zawodowych w celu poprawy jakości szkół w ww. obszarach. Projekt ma charakter zintegrowany i jest częścią przedsięwzięcia pn. „Wzrost jakości usług edukacyjnych ukierunkowanych na rozwój kompetencji pożądanych na rynku pracy na obszarze ZIT Elbląga”, zgodnie z Uchwałą nr 6/2016 Komitetu Sterującego Związku ZIT z dn. 6 maja 2016.
