Support shall be directed to the unemployed (I or II profile of aid), who are simultaneously: — the long-term unemployed (they remain unemployed continuously for the period of 12 mc), – disabled, – pow. 50 years of age – low-skilled (i.e. low-skilled, education at ISCED level 3) – unemployed women. The main result of the project will be taking up employment – the project assumes an employment efficiency indicator: (a) for persons of origin. 50 years of age – at least 28 %, (b) for women – at least 34 %, (c) for disabled persons – at least 28 %, (d) for the long-term unemployed – at least 25 %, (e) for low-skilled persons – at least 33 %. Celem projektu, realizowanego zgodnie z zasadami określonymi w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014-2020 w okresie od 1 stycznia 2017 r. do 31 maja 2018 r., jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 29 roku życia, pozostających bez pracy w powiecie ostródzkim. Projekt skupia się na aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzonej identyfikacją potrzeb oraz opracowaniem lub aktualizacją Indywidualnego Planu Działania przez: - szkolenia zawodowe, - prace interwencyjne, - staże, - dotacje na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej, - wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowisk pracy. Wsparcie kierowane jest do bezrobotnych (I lub II profil pomocy), którzy jednocześnie są: - długotrwale bezrobotni (pozostają bez pracy nieprzerwanie przez okres 12 mcy), - niepełnosprawni, - pow. 50 roku życia, - niskowykwalifikowani (tj. osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, wykształcenie na poziomie do ISCED 3 włącznie), - bezrobotnymi kobietami. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia – projekt zakłada wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej: a) dla osób pow. 50 roku życia - na poziomie co najmniej 28%, b) dla kobiet - na poziomie co najmniej 34%, c) dla osób niepełnosprawnych - na poziomie co najmniej 28%, d) dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych - na poziomie co najmniej 25%, e) dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach - na poziomie co najmniej 33%.
