Dążąc do osiągnięcia celu będą realiz. szkolenia dla nauczycieli-skorzysta z nich 7 (6K,1M)43% n-li SP w Radziejach i 7 (4K,3M)41% n-li SP w Węgielsztynie (w ramach typu proj. 1.3-2 n-li ukończy studia podyplomowe - 1 os. z Logopedii,1 os. z Autyzm,Pokrewne zaburzenia Rozwoju i Oligofrenopedagogika oraz 2 n-li ukończy szkolenia z pracy z uczniem met.Montessori. W ramach typu proj. 1.1 -10 n-li ukończy szkolenia z Robotyki). Najbardziej z projektu skorzystają uczniowie i ich rodzice poprzez możliwość rozwoju uczniów, dzięki dostępowi do oferty zajęć pozalekcyjnych, które będą dostosowane do ich indywidual. potrzeb. W ramach projektu nauczyciele podniosą swoje kompetencje zawodowe i zyskają dodatkowe kwalifikacje uczestnicząc w studiach podyplomowych. Natomiast uczniowie zyskają możliwość rozwijania swoich zainteresowań oraz otrzymają zajęcia dostosowane do ich indywidualnych potrzeb. Real.proj. jest zgodna z zasadą zrównoważonego rozwoju.
