The project consists of two photovoltaic installations (with a capacity of 40 kW and 30 kW) for the sewage treatment plant and water treatment plant in Ornet. The project will produce the following elements necessary for the proper functioning of the photovoltaic power plant: photovoltaic modules (panels), Inverters, construction, DC security, AC security, lightning installation, assembly materials, installation, monitoring (IT system) and fixed and fluctuating cables. The project will contribute to increasing the share of renewable energy sources in the overall energy balance of the region by building infrastructure for the generation and distribution of renewable energy sources. The project will also help solve the company’s energy problems. The project contributes to addressing all the identified problems of all the stakeholders identified. The applicant is prepared to start the investment. No technical documentation, construction permit or construction declaration is required. It also has a regulated legal relationship to built-up and unbuilt real estate on which the project will be implemented. The project will be implemented on plots of: 21/2 and 20/10 in the registering unit Bogatyńskie (Water Treatment Station, Morąska Street) and 379 and 382/1 within the registering unit 5 in the Ornetian registration unit. Projekt polega na wykonaniu dwóch instalacji fotowoltaicznych (o mocach 40 kW i 30kW) na potrzeby oczyszczalni ścieków i stacji uzdatniania wody w Ornecie. W ramach projektu wykonane zostaną następujące elementy niezbędnej do prawidłowego funkcjonowania elektrowni fotowoltaicznej: moduły fotowoltaiczne (panele), Falowniki, konstrukcja, zabezpieczenia DC, zabezpieczenia AC, instalacja odgromowa, materiały montażowe, montaż, monitoring (system IT) oraz przewody stało i zmiennoprądowe. Projekt przyczyni się do zwiększenia udziału odnawialnych źródeł energii w ogólnym bilansie energetycznym regionu poprzez budowę infrastruktury do wytwarzania i dystrybucji energii pochodzącej ze źródeł odnawialnych. Projekt przyczyni się również do rozwiązania problemów przedsiębiorstwa w zakresie energii. Projekt przyczynia się do zaspokojenia wszystkich zdiagnozowanych problemów wszystkich wskazanych interesariuszy. Wnioskodawca jest przygotowany do rozpoczęcia inwestycji. Posiada dokumentację techniczną, pozwolenie na budowę ani zgłoszenie budowy nie jest wymagane. Posiada również uregulowany stosunek prawny do nieruchomości zabudowanych i niezabudowanych, na których realizowany będzie projekt. Projekt realizowany będzie na działkach: 21/2 i 20/10 w jednostce ewidencyjnej Bogatyńskie (Stacja Uzdatniania Wody, ul Morąska) i 379 i 382/1 w obrębie ewidencyjnym 5 w jednostce ewidencyjnej Orneta.
