The subject of the project is the construction of a photovoltaic installation with a total area of approx. 101.9 m² and a capacity of 17.08 kWp on the roof of the company’s wholesale hall in Elbląg (gm. Elbląg), for the purpose of the electricity produced for its own use. The installation will consist of 61 photovoltaic modules, inverters changing DC into alternating current (such as electrical sockets), assembly system, connectors, wiring, switchgears and monitoring system. The project will be implemented in the period from 01.07.2017-30.06.2020. The specific tasks are at the same time the stages of the implementation of the investment. The project does not require a construction permit (installation less than 40 kW). Its implementation will result in the creation of a single new job. The applicant declares that he has the right to dispose of the property for the construction purposes on which the planned investment (the property act) will be located. The project is in line with the assumptions of the SzOOP (Energy Efficiency) because it focuses on actions aimed at improving energy security of Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodship by increasing production capacity based on renewable sources and the possibility of receiving generated energy and energy efficiency in the SME sector. Installation of a photovoltaic installation will ensure that the company gains an additional energy source, which will reduce the costs of the operation and reduce the harmful impact on the environment. The project supports the production and distribution of energy from renewable sources and increases their share in the region’s energy balance. (English)

(Polish)
