The objective is directly in line with the objectives of Priority Axis 1 INTELIGENT WARMIA AND MAZUR RIGHT, and in particular Measure 1.2 Innovative companies, Submeasure 1.2.2 Cooperation with science, as the result of the project will increase the innovation of companies in the areas of smart specialisation through R & D activities. The project will consist of developing an innovative system of electrical connectors. The new generation of tips and the innovative pressing system, which will be the result of this project, will be characterised by the high quality of the connections made and the durability of bonding, thus reducing the occurrence of incorrect connections causing energy loss and increasing the yield of full-performance tips per unit of input material.The new type of tips will be selected with new technical parameters, such as chemical composition, strengthening state, strength and plastic properties. They will be produced and shaped using a proprietary control algorithm responsible for supervising parameters such as: the pressure, the working speeds of the cutting steps, the condition and shape of the cutting and shaping tool, the new geometric characteristics of the connection and the lubrication of the material during the process. This will affect the repetitiveness of the shaping of the details, and in particular the slot responsible for the correct jointing of the tip. The algorithm will control the possibility of changing parameters depending on the size of the ends. A new type of bonding of the joint edges of the tips will be selected to obtain a flexible connection allowing significant reforming of the tips that meet the requirements of the correct connector. The new type of bonding will determine the application of a new hybrid technological connection process: soldering and soldering in relation to the traditional one currently used. Cel wpisuje się bezpośrednio w cele Osi Priorytetowej 1 INTELIGENTNA GOSPODARKA WARMII I MAZUR, a w szczególności Działanie 1.2 Innowacyjne firmy, Poddziałanie 1.2.2 Współpraca biznesu z nauką, bowiem efektem realizacji projektu będzie wzrost innowacyjności firm w obszarach inteligentnych specjalizacji dzięki działalności badawczo-rozwojowej. Projekt będzie polegał na opracowaniu nowatorskiego systemu złączy elektrotechnicznych. Nowa generacja końcówek oraz innowacyjny system ich zaprasowywania, który będzie efektem niniejszego projektu, charakteryzować się będzie wysoką jakością wykonywanych połączeń oraz trwałością spajania, a co za tym idzie, ograniczeniem występowania niepoprawnych połączeń powodujących straty energii oraz zwiększenie uzysku pełnowartościowych końcówek na jednostkę masy materiału wsadowego.Do nowego typu końcówek zostanie dobrany materiał o nowych parametrach technicznych, takich jak skład chemiczny, stan umocnienia, własności wytrzymałościowe i plastyczne oraz twardość. Będą one wytwarzane i kształtowane przy użyciu autorskiego algorytmu sterującego odpowiadającego za nadzór nad parametrami takimi jak: nacisk, prędkości robocze etapów wykrawania kształtowania końcówek, stan i kształt narzędzia tnącego i kształtującego, nowe wyróżniki geometryczne połączenia oraz smarowanie materiału w trakcie procesu. Wpłynie to na kontrolę powtarzalności kształtowania detali, a w szczególności szczeliny odpowiedzialnej za prawidłowy proces spajania końcówki. Algorytm będzie dawał kontrolę nad możliwością zmiany parametrów w zależności od rozmiarów końcówek. Zostanie dobrany nowy rodzaj spajania łączonych krawędzi końcówek w celu otrzymania elastycznego łączenia umożliwiającego znaczące przeformowania końcówek spełniające wymagania poprawnego złącza. Nowy rodzaj spajania będzie wyznaczał zastosowania powstania nowego procesu technologicznego łączenia metodą hybrydową: lutowania i lutospawania w stosunku do tradycyjnego obecnie stosowanego.
