The building, which is one of the best realisations of Art Nouveau architecture in Olsztyn, thanks to the implementation of the project will regain its functionality both social (insofar as it performs residential functions) and economic (due to the companies and organisations located here) – thus inscribed in the assumptions of SzOOP RPO WIM. The implementation of the project consists of works related to reconstruction and repair of the facade of the building, roof and work related to window and door carpentry. Part of the project is the renovation of the staircase of the building. In particular, it provides for: • maintenance works. and restoration work of the front facade together with insulation of the walls of the cellars of the building; • maintenance and restoration of the staircase, including pendulum doors located in the hallway of the building; • canned works. and restaurateur staircase along with the railing on the main staircase of the tenement house; • overhaul of roofing; • canned.e and restoration works of window and door carpentry in so-called common parts of the building; • canned works. and restoration works of the garden facade of the building and the yard. There will also be a modernisation of the building’s operation by using ICT and, where possible, adapting it to the needs of people with disabilities. As a result of the project, the following will be: —complete renovation and maintenance of front facade and insulation of cellar walls (including passage). The works will require professional craftsmanship, especially conservation-restaurators, due to the historical importance of the building and the discovered, well-preserved, painting façade; —complete renovation and maintenance of the garden facade with insulation of cellar walls and renovation of the walls and ceiling passageways; — comprehensive refurbishment of the roof covering including the replacement of tiles. Budynek będący jedną z najlepszych realizacji architektury secesyjnej na terenie Olsztyna, dzięki realizacji projektu odzyska swoją funkcjonalność zarówno społeczną (w zakresie w jakim pełni funkcje mieszkalne), jak i gospodarczą (z uwagi na zlokalizowane tu firmy i organizacje) - wpisując się tym samym w założenia SzOOP RPO WIM. Realizacja projektu polega na pracach związanych z odtworzeniem i naprawą elewacji budynku, dachu oraz pracami związanymi ze stolarką okienną i drzwiową. Elementem projektu jest remont klatki schodowej budynku. W szczególności przewidziano: • prace konserw. i restauratorskie elewacji frontowej wraz z wykonaniem izolacji ścian piwnic budynku; • prace konserw. i restauratorskie klatki schodowej, w tym wahadłowych drzwi zlokalizowanych w sieni budynku; • prace konserw. i restauratorskie schodów wraz z balustradą na głównej klatce schodowej kamienicy; • remont pokrycia dachowego; • prace konserw.e i restauratorskie stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej w tzw. częściach wspólnych budynku; • prace konserw. i restauratorskie elewacji ogrodowej budynku oraz podwórza. Nastąpi także unowocześnienie funkcjonowania budynku przez zastosowanie TIK i tam gdzie to możliwe dostosowanie go do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych. W wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi: -kompleksowy remont i konserwację elewacji frontowej oraz izolacja ścian piwnic (w tym przejazdu). Prace będą wymagać profesjonalnych umiejętności rzemieślniczych, a zwłaszcza konserwatosko-restauratorskch z uwagi na historyczne znaczenie obiektu i odkryte, dobrze zachowane, opracowanie malarskie fasady; -kompleksowy remont i konserwacja elewacji ogrodowej wraz z izolacją ścian piwnic oraz remont ścian i sufitu przejazdu; - kompleksowy remont pokrycia dachowego obejmujący wymianę dachówek.
