The subject of the project is “Expansion of the Voivodeship Road No. 519 at the Małdyty – Morąg section” implemented as part of the improvement of the basic transport system of Warmia-Mazury voivodship. The total length of the extended section is -13.12 km This investment will be carried out in Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship in the district of Ostródzki in the communes of Małdyty and Morąg. The envisaged scope of construction works includes, among others: • bringing the road to the parameters of the G-class road, • strengthening the load capacity of the surface up to 100kN/axis with the possibility of strengthening up to 115kN/axis • cutting of trees and shrubs that conflict with expansion; • picture of humus; • demolition works of road surfaces and designated buildings; • executing earthworks; • milling of bituminous layers to full depth; • setting the curbs, edges on the concrete bench with resistance; • reconstruction of intersections with subordinated roads in order to improve road safety; • refurbishment and reinforcement of the load capacity of bridges; • construction of pavements in the built-up area; • execution of walking – cycling and cycle paths; • refurbishment of ditches; • replacement of culverts under the road; • reinforcement of bridge structures • arrangement of profile layers; • strengthening the existing surface structure and increasing its load capacity; • construction of bus bays; • construction and conversion of exits into municipal side roads and downhills to the forest and into the fields; • the use of elements of slow motion; • installation of protective steel barriers; • execution of horizontal and vertical markings; • finishing works; This road connects with the access to Małdyta node and thus constitutes a connection to the TEN-T core network, which has been incorporated into the S7. Przedmiotem projektu jest „Rozbudowa drogi wojewódzkiej nr 519 na odcinku Małdyty – Morąg” realizowanego w ramach poprawy podstawowego układu transportowego województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego. Całkowita długość rozbudowywanego odcinka wynosi -13,12 km Przedmiotowa inwestycja realizowana będzie w województwie warmińsko-mazurskim w powiecie ostródzkim na terenie gmin Małdyty i Morąg. Przewidziany zakres prac budowlanych obejmuje m. in.: • doprowadzenie drogi do parametrów drogi klasy G, • wzmocnienie nośności nawierzchni do 100kN/oś z możliwością wzmocnienia do 115kN/oś • wycinkę drzew i krzewów kolidujących z rozbudową; • zdjęcie humusu; • roboty rozbiórkowe nawierzchni drogowych i wskazanych budynków; • wykonanie robót ziemnych; • sfrezowanie warstw bitumicznych na pełną głębokość; • ustawienie krawężników, obrzeży na ławie betonowej z oporem; • przebudowa skrzyżowań z drogami podporządkowanymi w celu poprawy bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego; • remont i wzmocnienie nośności mostów; • wykonanie chodników w obszarze zabudowanym; • wykonanie ciągów pieszo – rowerowych i ścieżek rowerowych; • remont rowów; • wymianę przepustów pod drogą; • wzmocnienie konstrukcji mostów • ułożenie warstw profilowych; • wzmocnienie istniejącej konstrukcji nawierzchni i podniesienie jej nośności; • budowę zatok autobusowych; • budowę i przebudowę zjazdów na drogi boczne gminne i zjazdy do lasu i na pola; • zastosowanie elementów spowolnienia ruchu; • montaż barier stalowych ochronnych; • wykonanie oznakowania poziomego i pionowego; • roboty wykończeniowe; Przedmiotowa droga łączy się z dojazdami do węzła Małdyty, tym samym stanowi połączenie z siecią podstawową TEN-T – do której włączona została S7.
