Cel ogólny: Podniesienie poziomu aktywności zawodowej i podniesienie kwalifikacji 120 osób (w tym 60 K i 60 M) powyżej 29 r. ż. (do projektu kwalifikować się będą osoby, które w dniu rozpocz udziału w projekcie ukończyły 30 r. ż.), znajdujące się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, które są bezrobotne (zarejestrowane w PUP - grupę docelową stanowić będą osoby z I i II profilem pomocy) oraz osoby bierne zawodowo (co najmniej 20% UP – 12 K i 12 M) z terenu objętego projektem, tj. woj. świętokrzyskiego - powiatu skarżyskiego, starachowickiego, koneckiego, kieleckiego i Kielc)należące do jednej z kategorii: -kobiety -osoby w wieku powyżej 50 lat -osoby długotrwale bezrobotne -osoby o niskich kwalif., -osoby sprawujące opiekę nad osobą zależną oraz powracające na rynek pracy po zakończonym okresie sprawowania opieki -os. z orzeczeniem o niepełnosprawności.
