Celem głównym projektu (dalej P) realizowanego do 31.12.2017 na terenie 3 powiatów sandomierskiego, staszowskiego i opatowskiego jest aktywizacja zawodowa i zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 105 osób (84K i 21M), w tym podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 39 os (34 K i 5 M) osób pow. 29 r.ż. bezrobotnych poszukujących pracy i biernych zawodowo, w tym: o niskich kwalifikacjach, długotrwale bezrobotnych, z niepełnosprawnościami, po 50 rż. P jest skierowany do znajdujących się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy tj. bezrobotnych poszukujących pracy i biernych zawodowo. Cel P jednoznacznie wpisuje się w cele RPO WŚ, w tym w cel szczeg. Osi X „Wzrost aktywności zawodowej i zatrudnienia wśród osób znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, które poszukują zatrudnienia”. P ma charakter kompleksowy oferuje 4 formy wsparcia przez co w efekcie synergii zwielokrotnimy szanse na osiągnięcie zaplanowanych rezultatów. Caritas Diecezji Sandomierskiej wykorzysta w P 8 lat doświadczeń w aktywizacji zawodowej i 23 lata w opiece społecznej. Cel główny P wynika bezpośrednio ze zdiagnozowanych potrzeb, które planujemy zaspokoić i problemów, które chcemy złagodzić. Wg diagnozy w RPOWŚ 2014-2020 „świętokrzyskie cechują niskie wskaźniki aktywności ekonomicznej i zatrudnienia, wysoki poziom bezrobocia, niski poziom wykształcenia bezrobotnych i długi okres pozostawania bez pracy”. Wg Strategii rozwoju społ.-gosp. Polski Wschodniej do 2020 „ok 30% ludności Polski Wschodniej w wieku produkcyjnym jest bierna zawodowo”, a 3,2% osób biernych jako przyczynę bierności zaw. wskazało wyczerpanie wszystkich znanych możliwości poszukiwania pracy. The main objective of the project (hereinafter P) implemented until 31.12.2017 in 3 counties of Sandomierz, Staszowski and Abbot districts is to activate the workforce and increase employment opportunities of 105 people (84K and 21M), including employment by 39 people (34 K and 5 M) of people. 29 years of unemployed job-seekers and inactive persons, including: low-skilled, long-term unemployed, with disabilities, after 50 years. P is aimed at those in a special situation on the labour market, i.e. the unemployed looking for work and the inactive. Objective P is clearly in line with the objectives of the WWF ROP, including the objective in particular. Axis X “Increasing participation and employment among vulnerable people on the labour market who are looking for employment”. P is a comprehensive offer of 4 forms of support, and as a result of synergy, we will multiply the chances of achieving the planned results. Caritas of the Sandomierz Diocese will use 8 years of experience in professional activation and 23 years in social welfare. The main objective P derives directly from the diagnosed needs that we plan to meet and the problems we want to mitigate. According to the diagnosis in RPOWŚ 2014-2020 “Swietokrzyskie is characterised by low rates of economic activity and employment, high level of unemployment, low level of education of the unemployed and a long period of unemployment”. According to the social-gosp development strategy. Eastern Poland up to 2020 ‘about 30 % of the population of Eastern Poland in working age is inactive’, and 3.2 % of passive people as a cause of passivity indicated the exhaustion of all known possibilities for job search.
