Celem projektu jest poprawa jakości edukacji przedszkolnej w Gminie Barciany poprzez realizację dodatkowej oferty edukacyjnej i specjalistycznej umożliwiającej dziecku z niepełnosprawnością udział w wychowaniu przedszkolnym oraz nabycie przez min. 90% ze 100 dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym, w tym 50 dziewczynek, kompetencji kluczowych, doskonalenie umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych 7 nauczycieli (7 K), zwiększenie wiedzy 70 rodziców (60 K) w zakresie wsparcia rozwoju kompetencji klucz. dzieci oraz doposażenie ww. przedszkoli w niezbędne pomoce dydaktyczne w okresie 01.09.2018 do 31.08.2019. Dla dziecka z niepełnosprawnością zostaną zajęcia (m.in. zaj. terapeutyczne metodą krwkowską, zaj. stymulujące rozwój psychoruchowy - rehabilitacja ruchowa), zaś dla pozostałych dzieci zostaną zorg. zajęcia z programowania i kompetencji społ. Dla nauczycieli zost. zorg. szkolenia i studia podypl. Potrzeba realizacji wynika z diagnozy przeprowadzonej przez Wniosk. W projekcie zrealizowane zostaną następujące działania: 1. Real. dodatkowej oferty eduk. i specjalistycznej umożliwiającej dziecku z niepełnosprawnością udział w wychowaniu przedszkolnym. 2. Przeprowadzenie szkoleń dla nauczycieli. 3. Warsztaty z kreatywności dla dzieci – zajęcia warsztatowe z programowania. 4. Warsztaty z kompetencji społecznych. 5. Warsztaty dla rodziców. Główne wskaźniki osiągnięte w ramach proj to: 1. Liczba nauczycieli, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu – 7 2. Liczba dzieci objętych wsparciem w ramach programu dodatkowymi zajęciami zwiększającymi ich szanse edukacyjne w edukacji przedszkolnej – 100. 3. Liczba nauczycieli objętych wsparciem w programie -7.
