The project will carry out activities corresponding to type 1 and 3. The aim of the project is to create new 25 places of preschool education in the area of Kętrzyn commune, equal educational opportunities for children in terms of identified deficits and increase the competences of 93 children (44dz, 49ch) at preschool age from the municipality of Kętrzyn, raising the competences of 4 preschool teachers and 3 assistant teachers and raising the competences of 20 parents (13K, 7 M) in the period from V.2018 to IV.2020. The project will carry out tasks including the creation of new preschool facilities and their financing for 12 months, classes for children equalising educational opportunities in terms of identified deficits and activities for children shaping parental competences, training for teachers and assistants of pre-school teachers leading to the acquisition of professional competences and training for parents. The project is aimed at children of kindergarten age from the Kruszewiec primary school, their parents and teachers and assistants of the kindergarten branch in Kruszewiec. The projects will include speech, therapeutic, corrective and compensatory classes, developing socio-emotional competences and key competences – “Hobby for kindergarten”, English and chess classes. W ramach projektu będą prowadzone działania odpowiadające 1 i 3 typowi. Celem projektu jest utworzenie nowych 25 miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego na obszarze gminy Kętrzyn, wyrównanie szans edukacyjnych dzieci w zakresie stwierdzonych deficytów oraz podniesienie kompetencji kluczowych 93dzieci (44dz, 49ch) w wieku przedszkolnym z gminy Kętrzyn, podniesienie kompetencji 4 nauczycielek wychowania przedszkolnego i 3 asystentek nauczycieli oraz podniesienie kompetencji 20 rodziców (13K, 7 M) w okresie od V.2018 do IV.2020. W ramach projektu zostaną zrealizowane zadania uwzględniające utworzenie nowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego oraz ich sfinansowanie przez 12 miesięcy, zajęcia dla dzieci wyrównujące szanse edukacyjne w zakresie stwierdzonych deficytów oraz zajęcia dla dzieci kształtujące kompetencje rodziców, szkolenia dla nauczycieli i asystentów nauczycieli przedszkolnych prowadzące do nabycia kompetencji zawodowych oraz szkolenie dla rodziców. Projekt jest skierowany do dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym z obwodu szkoły podstawowej w Kruszewcu, ich rodziców oraz nauczycieli i asystentów oddziału przedszkolnego w Kruszewcu. W ramach projekty zostaną przeprowadzone zajęcia logopedyczne, terapeutyczne, korekcyjno-kompensacyjne, rozwijające kompetencje społeczno-emocjonalne oraz zajęcia z kompetencji kluczowych - "Hobby dla przedszkolaka", język angielski i zajęcia szachowe.
