Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez zatrudnienia w powiecie opatowskim. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostanie objęta grupa 293 osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 roku życia ( 180 kobiet i 113 mężczyzn) zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Opatowie jako osoby bezrobotne znajdujące się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj. należące do przynajmniej jednej z poniższych kategorii: - osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej (od dnia 50 urodzin), - kobiety, - osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, - osoby długotrwale bezrobotne - osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami Dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika, na tej podstawie realizowane będą odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy. Spośród grupy 293 uczestników projektu 285 osób zostanie skierowanych do odbycia stażu,3 osoby na szkolenie, 5 osób do prac interwencyjnych. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 132 uczestników projektu ( 81 kobiet i 51mężczyzn), w tym przez co najmniej: 45 % osób w wieku powyżej 50 roku życia ; 45 % kobiet; 45 % osób z niepełnosprawnościami; 45 % osób długotrwale bezrobotnych; 45 % osób o niskich kwalifikacjach. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and more who are unemployed in the Oppatów district. The project will support a group of 293 unemployed persons over the age of 29 (180 women and 113 men) registered at the District Labour Office in Opatów as unemployed persons in a special labour market situation, i.e. belonging to at least one of the following categories: — persons aged 50 and over (from the 50th birthday), – women, – persons with disabilities, – long-term unemployed – people with low qualifications For each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and occupational problems of the participant concerned, on this basis appropriately selected services and instruments of the labour market will be implemented. Out of the group of 293 participants, 285 people will be assigned to traineeships, 3 for training, 5 for intervention work. The main result of the project will be the employment of 132 participants (81 women and 51 men), including at least: 45 % of people aged 50 or over; 45 % of women; 45 % of people with disabilities; 45 % of the long-term unemployed; 45 % of low-skilled people.
