Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w powiecie kieleckim. Wsparciem zostanie objęte 508 osób bezrobotnych, spełniających łącznie następujące warunki (zgodnie z zapisami zawartymi w SZOOP oraz p przyjętymi kryteriami wyboru projektu). Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 229 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP Kielce. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP Kielce realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and more who are unemployed in Kielce County. 508 unemployed people will be supported, fulfilling the following conditions in total (according to the provisions contained in the SZOOP and p adopted project selection criteria). The main result of the project will be the employment of 229 people registered in PUP Kielce. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, PUP Kielce will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions. (English)
