Currently, there are MCK and BWA in part of the facility, but much of it is unused and is in poor technical condition. The aim of the adopted solutions is to highlight the architectural and historical values of the building, in order to preserve the character of the former site and adapt the facility to conduct cultural activities. In the facility with area of use approx. 5.5 thousand sqm will include, among others, reception, tourist inf. point, library, reading rooms, 2 multifunctional rooms, 4 BWA exhibition rooms, photo gallery, conference room, music hall, MCK studios: plastic, modeling, computer graphics, chess club, office rooms. The project involves the purchase of equipment for 3 cultural institutes. The individual functions of the complex have been arranged so that institutions can function independently of each other. The complex will be used for the statutory activity of units and has commercial elements (coffee bar, artist’s product sales gallery, summer sales gallery in the courtyard, meeting room and multifunctional room). The aim of the project is to increase the availability of cultural resources of the region and the city by improving the conditions for the functioning of cultural institutions. As a result of the project, 3 cultural institutions will be supported, in which the number of visits will increase from 33219 to 37800 people/year, employment will increase from 40 to 45 jobs, 2 people will be hired under contract, 1 facility will be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. The project will finance the costs of rational improvements for people with disabilities. Thermal retrofitting works are also planned for the amount of PLN 1770239.38, which represents 10.17 % of the eligible costs of the project. (English)

Celem przyjętych rozwiązań jest wyeksponowanie walorów architektoniczno–historycznych budynku, aby zachować charakter dawnej zabudowy terenu i dostosowanie obiektu do prowadzenia działalności kulturalnej. W obiekcie o pow. użytk. ok. 5,5 tys.m2 znajdą się m.in. recepcja, punkt inf. turyst., biblioteka, czytelnie, 2 sale wielofunkcyjne, 4 sale wystawiennicze BWA, galeria fotografii, sala konferencyjna, sale muzyczne, pracownie MCK: plastyczna, modelarstwa, grafiki komputerowej, klubu szachowego, pokoje biur. i administr., pomieszczenia gospod. (Polish)
