W ramach projektu zostanie wykonana przebudowa budynku po byłej szkole w Klonowie oraz zagospodarowanie otoczenia m.in. wybudowanie amfiteatru w celu nadania mu nowych funkcji kulturalnych . Budynek zostanie dostosowany do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych. Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępu do infrastruktury kultury oraz rozszerzenie oferty kulturalnej skierowanej do mieszkańców z terenu gminy Łączna oraz gmin ościennych, w tym osób odwiedzających gminę. Cele pośrednie to m.in.: Zwiększenie dostępu do obiektu infrastruktury kultury, Rozszerzenie oferty, Kreowanie udziału mieszkańców w życiu kulturalnym, kształtowanie świadomości kulturowego związku mieszkańców z regionem, Zwiększenie atrakcyjności turystycznej gminy. Projekt będzie realizowany na obszarach zdegradowanych, które objęte są Programem Rewitalizacji. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do osiągnięcia wskaźników produktu: Liczba instytucji kultury objętych wsparciem - 1 szt., Liczba obiektów zasobów kultury objętych wsparciem - 1 szt., Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami - 1 szt oraz rezultatu Wzrost oczekiwanej liczby odwiedzin w objętych wsparciem miejscach należących do dziedzictwa kulturalnego i naturalnego oraz stanowiących atrakcje turystyczne - 2000 odwiedziny/rok, Liczba osób korzystających z obiektów zasobów kultury objętych wsparciem - 2000 osoba/rok, Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych podmiotach (innych niż przedsiębiorstwa) - 1 szt. Cele projektu i planowane działania są zgodne z celami priorytetu/działania określonymi w RPO WŚ na lata 2014-2020 jakim jest Zwiększona dostępność zasobów kulturowych regionu, Działania 4.4 Zachowanie dziedzictwa kulturowego i naturalnego, Priorytet inwestycyjny 6c. As part of the project, the building will be reconstructed after the former school in Klonów and the development of the surroundings, among others, building an amphitheatre in order to give it new cultural functions. The building will be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. The main objective of the project is to increase access to cultural infrastructure and to extend the cultural offer addressed to residents of Łączna commune and neighbouring municipalities, including visitors to the municipality. The intermediate objectives include: Increase access to the cultural infrastructure facility, extend the offer, Creating the participation of residents in cultural life, shaping cultural awareness of the relationship between residents and the region, Increasing tourist attractiveness of the commune. The project will be implemented in degraded areas covered by the Revitalisation Programme. The implementation of the project will contribute to the achievement of product indicators: Number of cultural institutions supported – 1 units, Number of cultural resources supported – 1 pieces, Number of facilities tailored to the needs of people with disabilities – 1 pieces and the result Increase of the expected number of visits in supported sites belonging to cultural and natural heritage and tourist attractions – 2000 visits/year, Number of beneficiaries of cultural resources supported – 2000 person/year, Increase in employment in supported entities (other than enterprises) – 1 pieces. The objectives of the project and the planned activities are in line with the objectives of the priority/action set out in the WWW RAP for the period 2014-2020, namely Increased availability of cultural resources of the region, Measures 4.4 Conservation of cultural and natural heritage, Investment priority 6c.
