Pr. skierowany jest do 462 (w tym min. 208 K, min. 5 ON) os. zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym, oraz ich otoczenia, w tym rodzin i dzieci(240dzieci, w tym min. 108K), zamieszkałych, uczących się bądź zatrudnionych na terenie Miasta Starachowice. Celem gł. pr. jest rewitalizacja społeczna odbywająca się poprzez stworzenie Starachowickiego Centrum Interwencji Kryzysowej, oferującego kompleksowe wsparcie opiekuńczo-wychowawcze, osobiste, rodzinne i społeczne dla 462 (w tym min. 208 K, min. 5 ON) osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym, oraz ich otoczenia, w tym rodzin i dzieci (240 dzieci, min. 108 K) do 31.01.2019 r. Pr. będzie realizowany w okresie 01.02.2017 r. do 31.01.2019 r. na terenie M. Starachowice a w szczególności w centrum działań będą osiedla wskazane do rewitalizacji w tym osiedla wskazane do konkursu Modelowa Rewitalizacja Miast. W ramach SCIK prowadzone będzie specjalistyczne poradnictwo (prawnik, psycholog, terapeuta/profilaktyk, socjoterapeuta, psychoterapeuta), grupy wsparcia oparte na etosie samopomocy, działalność profilaktyczną (ogólnopolskie programy profilaktyczne, warsztaty rozwojowe), całodobowe punkty zaufania (telefon zaufania, portal Internetowy) oraz placówkę wsparcia dziennego (wsparcie opiekuńczo-wychowawcze, rozwój uzdolnień, aktywne funkcjonowanie dzieci i młodzieży). Projekt będzie kompleksowo wspierał projekt "Starachowice OD nowa" realizowany w ramach konkursu Modelowa Rewitalizacja Miast. Kwota dofinansowania pr.: 1 053 582,32 zł Wkład własny: 85 403,92 zł.
