Celem głównym projektu jest kompleksowe wsparcie 750 osób (min. 380K, min 100ON) zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym oraz zwiększenie dostępności do wysokiej jakości usług społecznych na terenie woj. świętokrzyskiego, poprzez utworzenie 1 centrum interwencji kryzysowej w terminie 01.02.2017- 31.12.2018r. Głównym wskaźnikiem pomiaru jest Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym objętych usługami społecznymi świadczonymi w interesie ogólnym w programie (750 osób min. 380K – wskaźnik produktu). Grupę docelową stanowią osoby oraz ich rodziny i ich otoczenie zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym (750 osób min. 380K, min 100ON). Do głównych zadaniach należą: udzielane porad psychologicznych, terapeutycznych, prawnych rodzinom, rozpatrywanych indywidualnie, zwiększenie dostępu do poradnictwa specjalistycznego i doradztwa zawodowego (mobilna lub telefoniczna obsługa UP), dostęp do grup wsparcia, mediacji itp. Prowadzona będzie mobilna poradnia specjalistyczna; Projekt realizowany będzie od 01.2017r. do 12.2018r. na terenie województwa świętokrzyskiego. (Polish)
